DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. No wifi in rooms as advertised, and hair throughout our breakfast. There was a wifi network available in the rooms but they claimed not to have a password. Room wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival (so much dust and rubbish under the bed), lights didn’t work in corridor to our room. Staff members often just sitting around in the lobby scrolling their phones. We requested more toilet paper and blankets for our rooms as they provided one and it was freezing with the air con. Came home after a whole day out and neither of these provided. Not worth the price at all (approx £110 a night). To their credit, the staff were very friendly in our brief interactions.

It was great vacation, the Hotel was perfect, location, service, clean everything was perfect.
For sure I will come again.

Sehr schönes neu renoviertes Hotel in guter Lage mit tollem Service und großartigen Essen. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Halbpension und das Frühstück war immer reichlich und gut und das Abendessen war wirklich immer lecker. Die Kellner waren sehr zuvorkommenden (besonders Öszan und Mertim) und freundlich.

For those who want to explore Çeşme and its near surroundings, Le Ciel is a perfect choice for accommodations. With a car, one can even use it as a base for visits further away, to Izmir and Ephesus. The hotel is well outfitted, includes extra amenities, and is exceptionally clean. Many rooms have views of Çeşme's harbor. Friendly staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast offered is plenty for starting a day of exploration or leisure by the pool.

Telefon ile rezervasyonu teyit için oteli andan ayrılana kadar çok kibar ve ilgili davrandılar. Özellikle otel Sorumlusu Arda Bey bize çok yardımcı oldu ve güzel bir tatil yapmamızı sağladı. Otelin Sap bölümü ve masajı da çok başarılı. Her zaman rahatlıkla kalabileceğimiz güzel bir otel.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Alles war perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Toller Service beim Frühstück und Essen
Es war erfolgreich, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. Die Mahlzeiten waren köstlich. Ich empfehle es jedem.1A :)

Das Hotel ist gut und sehr schön. Das Zimmer "Suite Room" hatte eine relativ große Küche dabei.
Leider war da aber nicht einmal ein Messer, ein Teller oder ein Glas zum Trinken in den Schränken, kein Wasserkocher für Kaffee oder Tee, einfach gar nichts.
Ich persönlich fand das sehr schade. Das Hotel präsentiert isch als Top Hotel und dann fehlen solche Standard Sachen zur Gänze ??
Sonst ein schönes Hotel aber eben unpraktisch.

The staff were not bilingual and even with google translate did not seem to genuinely want to help unless it was a cultural clash I didn’t have in other hotels. There were dried used contact lenses on my bed and the folded body towel was not clean, let’s just say you could see stains. The door handle on my door had been moved and there was a clear hole in it where you could easily see inside from the hallway and there were other doors like this too where from the hall you could see in the guest room and Vice verse. The ‘included’ breakfast was subpar and does not include any coffee, not even Turkish coffee. The lobby is nice and clean and it has a pool and close to the ocean which is a plus. I stayed in lower rated hotels that were cleaner.

Lovely setting on hill with view over harbour. Easy walk into town to restaurants and shops. Good Turkish style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean, separate bedroom and living room (with sofa bed) with small kitchen area and fridge. Bathroom clean. 2 pools well maintained with sun beds round. Free shuttle by golf buggy to a private beach area (no sand but a platform out into the sea to swim off) with sun beds and small cafe. Beach has lovely view over to Chios. Only slight negatives - the Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to in the room and the hot water in the shower was a bit intermittent.
Will definitely stay here again if we visit Çeşme.
