No facilities was not a bonus for large group
No breakfast room available only provided a small continental breakfast that you had to have in room no facilities either in or out of the building to sit outside room with others

Friendly staff
Did not like not having the option for an adjustable shower head.
Room was noisy especially when the extractor for the bathroom was on.
Noise from other people, rooms are not sound proofed. Found it hard to get a good sleep.
The hotel seems new and modern, the room ia nicely equipped and the bathroom is spacious.
Even though it is a 4 star hotel, front office closed at 6 pm, without letting guests know. I even sent the hotel an email whether it would be ok to check in at 7 pm. I didn’t receive an email however.
When I wanted to check in, front office was closed and there was a sheet on the entrance door with 2 different numbers that you could call for an “emergency”. As I don’t have an Australian telephone number, I had to ask another guest to call the number. The first number didn’t work and the second number had us on hold for 15 minutes. The lady on the phone asked for ALL credit card information before she let me know there is a key box holding my key. I wasn’t informed via text or call that the key would be in a box before. I eventually got into the hotel. As many other guests stated, the rooms are not very clean. There is also a restaurant but it is under construction from August until November… even though it is already March.
I would really recommend people stay here, the location is perfect if you are going into the city of Melbourne. I live in lakes entrance it was great for me not having to drive 3 and a half hours back home. It give me a chance to catch up with my family spend the time at Moomba and other attractions in the area I look forward to staying again.

No restaurant on site I think it was being renovated, staff did however provide great options only a short walk away
We had a lovely nights stay. The moment we walked in we were greeted walmly by the ladies at the reception. Wonderful hotel with a massive room and comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.
