I paid bond but they didn’t give all just give me excuse like room was messy etc , I always stay there but bit upset how they just hold the money without reasonable reason and pay back half

Friendly efficient service. Very comfortable room. Easy parking.
Pros:

Macarena was a delight when we arrived.
The room was excellent and better than we expected.

Comfortable accommodation in a handy location.
Pros:

The location is handy, not too far off of the M1 freeway. The hotel is next door to the Cardinia Club which is handy for meals or coffee, drinks etc, barely a 2-minute walk. There was an additional pillow in the room which was handy. The shower was lovely and hot with good water pressure. My daughter and I shared the room and found it comfortable. There was a small sofa in the room, not much space between it and the bed but it worked ok. Also, a small table and two chairs. We asked for an additional towel which was quickly given. There was a small fridge in the room, basic kettle and cups and glasses as well as instant coffee and teabags. The TV worked ok - although the option to cast your phone to the TV didn't appear to be working - and as reception is closed at 9pm we weren't able to follow up. There is lots of outdoor parking around the building. We would certainly stay again.

Cons:

The small fridge does not have a freezer section, which, if you are travelling and wanting to refreeze freezer blocks, would be disappointing.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean room. Good location . Quiet place

Cons:

Light in the room was flickering every known and again. Wifi didn’t work, chrome cast tv didn’t work. Receptionist was closed when we came in but she had put the wrong sign up but half blamed us for interrupting her break when we tried to check in early, understanding we didn’t request early check in, if the room wasn’t ready we were happy to wait as it was 1:30pm and check in was 2.
