Personeel is echt echt super vriendelijk!! Ik zou deze plek iedereen aanraden, ik had een verrassing voor m'n vriendin geregeld en dag van te voren bellen ze je om alles af te stemmen, het voelde zo relaxed allemaal, die fatbikes naar de falls waren ook echt rop

It was uncomfortable because of the treatment and not the facilities.

Cons:

Their food menu and the interrogation about food which we gave to our guest. The food in question was ordered by my husband and was charged to our room. My husband decided not to eat the food and go and refresh instead. I was made to feel very uncomfortable because I was interrogated about food that we gave to our guest. I was also told that our guest was not supposed to eat there but rather at their next door. I was also told that we are not allowed to keep food or snacks, fruits and the like in our rooms because they are avoiding cockroaches. They did not have a fridge in the room. I deeply disliked their rules and restrictions which were not communicated upon arrival.

Pros:

They go all out to make your stay comfortable. The staff is very efficient and friendly. They don't just recommend the places to see but they are also willing to assist with the arrangements. It was my husband's birthday the staff sang for him.

Wonderful relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Always polite, smiling and willing to assist in any way. The hotel is very tranquil and lovely sitting in the dining area near the pool just taking it all in.

Comfortable stay with fabulous outdoor shower
Pros:

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel with smiles, cold flannels along with a drink on arrival, straight from the airport after a long journey from UK, so this was a great start to our stay here.
We stayed in the Honeyguide room, complete with its own private garden and outdoor shower - such a lovely touch and wonderful to be able to shower outside…. Our room was spotless, well equipped and beds comfortable. We were able to check in early which we both appreciated after the long flight.
Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices on the hot menu. It was nice to be able to sit outside surrounded by the garden, overlooking the pool.
When we left the hotel, the waiter filled our drink flasks up with ice along side cold water, which was a nice treat for later in the day.

Cons:

Nothing apart from the towels were abit thin and worn and the fact there was only one towel per person rather than having a smaller towel each too for hair washing.
Our booking included a late check out, but this was not the case for us, however it would have been very useful..

Loved everything about the accomodation and the people. Vic falls is a beautiful destination.
Pros:

From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by the most warmest welcome from Johannes, and he continued to pamper us till we departed. He was amazing and we would not have had the same experience had it not been for him. The property is stunning, it’s a little piece of heaven tucked away in the most unassuming location. Just a stones throw away from the stunning falls and close to anything you may need. Food was delicious, service was excellent, Johannes was able to arrange all tours and activities, and assist with even the most peculiar of requests. We visited the spa, awesome experience and the view from the lookout was breathtaking.

Cons:

Exceeded all our expectations.
