The perfect getaway
Pros:

Staff was nice and the facilities were nice and tranquil. The front desk went above and beyond booking our excursions and transport. Spa was perfect and truly relaxing. We wanted to end our visit in a place that was quiet and peaceful and we got exactly that.

Pros:

Totul!
Personalul foarte bine pregatit si gata sa ajute oricand. Usor de rezervat excursiile si toate serviciile de transfer. Restaurantul foarte bun. O gradina foarte frumoasa. Camerele foarte frumoase. Locatia foarte buna pentru mers la cascada si la activitati.
Cel mai tare moment a fost in ultima seara cand o turma de elefanti a trecut seara prin fata hotelului, un veritabil safari nocturn.

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights and highly recommend Shongwe Oasis! The place is new and beautiful with everything you need to wind down after a long day of exploring Victoria Falls. Staff are the best at hosting and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend

Excellent place. Will definitely stay again.

Everything. Rooms and the hotel were clean. Bathroom and especially the rain shower and water pressure were excellent. Hospitality and breakfast were good. Nothing really to complain.

One of 3 connected resorts!
Pros:

We were upgraded to their sister property so can’t comment on Shongwe Oasis facilities but the welcome and upgrade was very friendly and generous! The 3 neighbouring resorts shared facilities with differing accommodation options. Great idea! If we were there longer we could have bar hopped from one to the other and gone to the different restaurants! We did go to Shongwe Lookout for a sunset drink up the Lookout one night which was lovely too! All the resort staff were amazing!

Nette Lodge, Personal SEHR langsam!
Pros:

Nette Lodge mit schönen Zimmern und ruhigem Innenhof.

Cons:

Das Personal ist zwar sehr freundlich, aber unaufmerksam, extrem langsam (Getränkebestellungen dauern über 15 Minuten, das Frühstücksomelette wird nicht unter einer halben Stunde gebracht, 45 Minuten Aufenthalt neben der Bar und keine Nachfrage, ob wir etwas wollen).

It is an Oasis! Gardens throughly maintained!
Pros:

The accommodation was really nice, love the decor. Comfy bed and the bathroom products smell amazing! The breakfast was good and tasty. Staff were good. We walked to town one day but mostly went by taxis.

Cons:

If the hotel books things the price will be higher than from outside. Maybe some people like that kind of very organised service but I love a little freedom.
