The location of the hotel was great for going to the beach and eating at nearby restaurants. The hotel was responsive to our requests for a refrigerator and an extra chair. A maintenance man came up immediately to fix a problem with the toilet. Carlos was very helpful at the front desk The pools were beautiful and well maintained. The A/C ran very cold.
I would have like a regular coffee machine. They only had an expresso machine in the room.
I would have liked longer pool hours.
Not many staff could speak English.

The hostesses who greet you at the restaurant are very ill-mannered.

Staff was not friendly except for 2 waiters, and the bar man. Other servers had an attitude and were rude.
El hotel es muy seguro y limpio. Recomendado para llevar a los niños por la piscina y ambiente familiar.

Las habitaciones son lo mejor de este lugar, excelentes!!!! pero al ser un resort todo incluído en playa, lo que más debería gustar serían las áreas de playa obviamente, pero son muy reducidas, al llegar de forma muy tajante te explican el reglamento y por la mañana al salir a la playa TODOS!!!! Los camastros tienen toallas, chanclas, ropa, etc ESTAN APARTADOS!!!! lo cual no es justo.
Los snacks tambien son un acierto y son muy variados !!!!!
El café también es limitado pero muy rico y con mucha disposición a atenderte.
El personal en general te atiende de lo mejor y se esfuerzan por qué tú estancia sea excelente.
No me gustó la barra de comidas, no es régimen todo incluído, es algunas bebidas y algunas comidas incluidas, en el bufette solo hay zanahorias y calabazas en todas sus presentaciones, falta proteína y comidas regionales, no hay mariscos, solo a la carta, no sé si no informan bien o en qué consiste pero hay muchísimas categorías a juzgar por los colores de los brazaletes.
Algo que tampoco me gustó es que las comidas las reciclan, un día hay verduras al vapor en la cena y al siguiente están empanizadas, igual con las papas y las pastas son recicladas del día o de la comida anterior.
Había cucarachas en la habitación.

ME TOCÓ VER POR PRIMERA VEZ LA LLEGADA DE TURISTA NACIONAL QUE LLEGA POR CAMIONES Y CREO QUE AHI SI DEBEN CUIDAR ESE SEGMENTO, LO ENTIENDO POR LA BAJA OCUPACIÓN HOTELERA QUE NOTE EN TODO MAZATLÁN.

La comida muy repetida, poco que escoger y no muy rica. Las bebidas muy rebajadas y poca variedad
