Supera mus expectativas
Pros:

El servicio de todo el personal fue excelente, en especial de la hostess del restaurante. Nos agradó mucho que se molestara en caminar hacia nosotros para despedirnos. El sabor de los alimentos también nos agradó mucho.

Cons:

El ruido de las bandas musicales en la playa y la poca variedad en el bufete.

Overall, it was very nice.
Pros:

Excellent food at the hotel and surrounding restaurants. Lovely beach and fairly good location. Lovely pool area and surroundings.

Cons:

No microwave or fridge in the room. Very inconvenient since we weren’t doing all inclusive. Would have gone adult only if I’d known there was going to be an influx of local people for the weekend celebrating spring. It was very noisy music wise and they pretty much took over the facilities for our last four days. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

All the workers at the coco cafe are the good ones keep up the good work 👍

Cons:

Some of the waiters at the pool totally ignored paying customers if they were working for me they will be terminated on the spot.remember only because some of us don’t have all inclusive that makes no difference we pay for the service the same or better.

Pros:

La alberca estaba muy bien, muy limpia.

Cons:

Solo que no puedes de disfrutar de bebidas y alimentos cercas, tiene que ser afuera.
La comida no me gustó casi, hay poca variedad.
Las reservaciones para restaurante de noche, son en el unico restaurante que tiene el hotel, t ubican donde mismo y de los platillos esperaba algo especial, m desepciono solo fue un pedazo de carne, acompañado de unas calabazas y un pedazo de brocoli.

The noise outside our oceanfront terrace was constant and very annoying. Between the endless bad mariachi music to the woman screaming on a microphone to play childrens' games, i found the noise level terrible,

Loved everything about viaggio will be coming back.
