Pros:

We stayed two nights in the Primana Zahill Kintamani and we had a beautiful time here. Our positive experience started already with the check-in. The hotel staff welcomed us with open arms and also helped us to organize our next days. The hotel has programs like hiking to the Mount Batur or Jeep tours which includes seeing the sunrise. Especially, we liked the free shuttle which picks and drops you off in your desired location. Therefore we could also explore the city a little bit and enjoyed the offer of the many cafes. The communication with the hotel is very easy and they also offer chatting per WhatsApp. Finding a Grab or Gojek is difficult in the area, therefore the hotel is also able to organize a local taxi driver for your next destination. We highly recommend this hotel, if you like to enjoy and relax your stay in Bali.

The hotel is fine. For the area it is a nice hotel, and for some people it might be exactly what they are looking for but not for me. There was construction above our room from 9 am - 6 pm and at 7 pm live music started to play in the hotel yard until at least 9 pm. For some, they might like the music, but I wanted a relaxing quiet area in the mountains of Bali and that is not what it was. The breakfast was included and it was okay, nothing special. Partially a flaw in my planing but there was not many places to walk from the hotel. Additionally our room had no way to circulate the air so after a couple days of showering the entire room was humid and musty. The one big positive I’d say is there is a nice heated pool on the property. If you really want to stay in the area I’d recommend Tira Vilagna down the street. However, I’d actually recommend just making a day trip to the area from Ubud rather than staying in a hotel.

The neighbour of the hotel was very noisy… bathroom smelly not really clean… the design is good… view is good… we upgrade the room with private pool.

Secluded and peaceful. Showers was not the most functional with no curtain to avoid water going all over the bathroom. Breakfast options was great. Property was willing to make breakfast even after time allowed given that we left early in the morning for an excursion.
