It's a good location for access to Williamsburg, but it isn't good value for money
Pros:

They had three tvs in a big open space enabling good chance to watch the Football World Cup matches. The bed in the room was comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny - suitcases need to opened on top of the bed, and then shoved under the bed when not in use. There are minimal hooks and limited places to put anything such as a hand towel, toiletries bag, or anything you may need to access with ease. And the room rates would indicate luxury.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones muy pequeñas
Pros:

La ubicación, en una zona muy animada, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes, y con fácil acceso a Manhattan.
Buen ambiente, salvo cuando hay actividades externas.
Habitación limpia y camas cómodas.
Lo repetiría para estadías muy breves.

Cons:

El tamaño de las habitaciones es tan reducido que volví con moretones en las piernas de chocar con las esquinas de la cama.
No hay clóset, salvo por un perchero; tuvimos que dejar la ropa dentro de las maletas y abrirlas y cerrarlas continuamente para poder mantenerlas de pie en una esquina.
Tampoco hay heladerita o amenities. Incluso pensamos que nos regalaban dos botellas de agua de bienvenida, pero un cartelito avisaba que costaba $7 cada una.
Al tercer día, descubrí que la caja fuerte está escondida debajo de la cama.
El baño está dividido y tiene paredes translúcidas. El lavamanos está en la habitación, al lado de la cama, por lo que para ir al baño y lavarse las manos se despertaba sí o sí al otro huésped.
Según las respuestas del hotel a otras críticas, las habitaciones son así de pequeñas para incentivar la vida social. Sin embargo, hay días en los que organizan actividades con personas externas, por lo que se forman largas filas para entrar, el lobby se llena y se vuelve imposible estar ahí.

Cons:

Hay una discoteca en la azotea, tienen fiestas y hay mucho ruido y mucha gente en la puerta siempre. No es un buen hotel si buscas tranquilidad y descanso. La habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas. No entra ni la maleta

Overall I had a great experience. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Room was very clean. Shower was awesome. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of light switches and one master light switch was a great touch. Staff was very helpful. Had some great coffee at the bar area in the morning. Really hit the spot.

Cons:

The room was on the small side, but I was prepared for that from looking at the online photos. The TV was on a side wall so if I was going to watch TV I would have to either lay on my side, sit in a chair or lay in an awkward position to watch it. I was only there one night and I was at a wedding so I didn't need to use it. Not a deal breaker, just the tv position was not ideal.

Stay excellent pricing not good
Pros:

I paid 150 more then the price that was quoted to me when I reserved the rooms.

Cons:

The hotel was nice however you expect that if you book with one price when you get to the hotel its going to stay the same price. But that was not the case they were 150 more then the price that I booked with.
