We enjoyed our staff due to staff, but the trendy decor will soon be dated.

Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Way too dark decor especially the lift. Offered complimentary breakfast but didn’t include hot water and a teabag. Nowhere in the room to hang your towel.

Hyggeligt hotel.

Cons:

Vi havde inklusive morgenmad. Men morgenmaden bestod af kaffe, juice, youghurt og en muffin.
Hvis vi ville have noget mere, kunne vi bestille i baren op til 15$ pr. værelse pr. dag. Eks. Priser i baren var 6$ for the, eller en bagel 6$.
Konklusion er, at Inklusive morgenmad skal tages med modifikationer.
Ps. den flaske vand der står på værelset koster 7$ pr. stk.

Great if you want to visit Williamsburg but overpriced.
Pros:

I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is included in the mornings which was helpful and easy. Overall the hotel was situated in a nice area and accessible to shopping and great food options.

Cons:

I loved the location of the Moxy but found that it was extremely overpriced. The rooms are very small and the complimentary breakfast is very basic. The gym is nothing to ride home about. Finally room service is nonexistent, there is a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel that does not take orders or bring food to your room. The service for cleaning is also inconsistent.
