The hotel is great and it's my 4th time I'm coming. Great location and friendly stuff. I love the free coffee in the morning and the extra credit of $15 a day which I both used everyday.
Some of the rooms (especially the ones close to the bridge) can be a bit loud which is not good if you're a light sleeper like me. But the stuff always tried to help and would give me another room.
Great location, it’s a 10 minute walk from the subway and you can get Ubers over Williamsburg bridge either way..
The rooms were nice, they were cleaned each day. I got the city view which was worth it to be honest, you can just see Manhattan which is cool.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my backpack in the lobby and someone called my room to ask and got someone to drop it up!
It was too costly. I get this is the current state of the economy but it’s a lot of money.
You also get charged a deposit on arrival that you only get when you leaves. I didn’t know this. I think also $15 of your total pay goes to a tab each day. Ideal if you’re getting food / drink there but I didn’t so it was wasted money.
There’s no fridge in the room and I couldn’t get the tv to work.

The lifts were broken, access to the gym was difficult, pickleball court was closed, our booking was present on their system and 15 dollar credit was only put through once rest was fully charged
A very good hotel for solo travel. The view was beautiful, everything was very clean and quiet, and they were very flexible with check in after my flight home was canceled. Wish I could have had more time there! The location is also perfect, so many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
The rooms are quite small, so it may not be great for a small group of people. As a solo traveler, it was more than enough!

We could hear the rooftop nightclub from our room. Kept us awake until 4:00 am. The room was expensive and tiny and didn’t have a real bathroom.

I had paid extra for a room with a view but didn’t get one (was of the side of a building)
We were also invited to take a drink on the hotel roof but told by security that my friends black sweater wasn’t ok to attend wearing (I was wearing a similar outfit) who were quite rude.
They had three tvs in a big open space enabling good chance to watch the Football World Cup matches. The bed in the room was comfortable.
The rooms are tiny - suitcases need to opened on top of the bed, and then shoved under the bed when not in use. There are minimal hooks and limited places to put anything such as a hand towel, toiletries bag, or anything you may need to access with ease. And the room rates would indicate luxury.

Tampoco hay heladerita o amenities. Incluso pensamos que nos regalaban dos botellas de agua de bienvenida, pero un cartelito avisaba que costaba $7 cada una.
Al tercer día, descubrí que la caja fuerte está escondida debajo de la cama.
El baño está dividido y tiene paredes translúcidas. El lavamanos está en la habitación, al lado de la cama, por lo que para ir al baño y lavarse las manos se despertaba sí o sí al otro huésped.
Según las respuestas del hotel a otras críticas, las habitaciones son así de pequeñas para incentivar la vida social. Sin embargo, hay días en los que organizan actividades con personas externas, por lo que se forman largas filas para entrar, el lobby se llena y se vuelve imposible estar ahí.
