Det var et meget dejligt ophold. Vi er så glade for det søde personale, alle var så søde og smilende. Tak for jer. Vi se

Personalet var hjælpesomme, glade og sjove. Vi følte os meget velkommen og værdsat. Morgenbuffeten var virkelig god, og der var god service og sødt personale. Værelset var pænt og rent. God seng. Hamam var fantastisk, de var utroligt søde og naturlige. Mashallah.

Molto accogliente e pulito
Pros:

Il soggiorno nel hotel è stato ottimo, ci siamo sentiti accolti subito e ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative . Nonostante abbiamo trovato mal tempo ad agadir siamo stati felici di trascorrere del tempo in hotel tra palestra super attrezzata e pulita e il ristorante dove si mangia benissimo e la sera c'è della stupenda musica dal vivo e uno staff eccellente e super cordiale! Per quanto breve sia stato il soggiorno ci siamo affezionati molto.

Pros:

Super verblijf gehad ! Het personeel is echt next level vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was elke dag heerlijk en het hotel was overal netjes en schoon. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé et très confortable
Le déjeuner est super ! Hassan Youssef et Mohammed ont était au petit soin tout le long de notre séjour. Ce qui rend un moment vraiment agréable.
Nous y reviendront sans hésiter.

Cons:

La carte d'entrée dans la chambre qui se démagnétiser tout les jours. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail tout le reste était parfait.

La piscine non chauffée, alors qu'elle etait annoncée chauffée sur le site...arnackech !!
Pas d'alcool dispo à l'hôtel, mais il y a un victoria très proche.

Super zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder :)
Pros:

Es wird als 4-Sterne Hotel geführt, verdient jedoch finde ich 5 Sterne. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, von wo aus man gut zu Fuß überall hinkommt. Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Die Preise im Mini Market sind nicht teurer, nur weil es im Hotel ist, sondern wird preislich gleich geführt wie ein Supermarkt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Dankeschön :)

Pros:

Grösstenteils war alles gut, mehrere gute Restaurants in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend

Das versprochene High Speed Internet war nicht vorhanden, sehr schlechtes Internet.
Mängel in der Ausstattung mussten leider mehrmals angesprochen werden

Pros:

The property was great it was situated in a good location with a great cafe located underneath. The gym and pool facilities were great and so was the breakfast. The staff were absolutely amazing and helped us with all needs asap and gave us an early and late check out.

Cons:

The bed sheets felt dirty on one side there were multiple stains and they felt like they weren’t changed. The aircon also stopped working throughout the night which made it uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We did however call the staff and they tried to fix it asap and gave us a late check out due to a poor sleep
