Outstanding service and facilities
Pros:

The entire stay was an Absoulte treat, so grateful to have spent 3 evenings at the dominium hivernage, the staff could not have been more welcoming and warm towards my friend and I. Youssef was especially helpful and went above and beyond, very much looking forward to staying again sometime soon inshallah

It was nice but make sure you pack water if you come

It was a nice modern hotel. Staff was friendly

Cons:

The Wi-fi was terrible and barely worked. I arrived late at night and was sick and couldn’t get more than one small bottle of water. Apparently when restaurant closes no one has access to water bottles. That was kind of insane. They told me there is a market next door but they wouldn’t take card nor any of the bigger bill the atm next door gave me. Water is a human essential. Please do better on that.

Le personnel de la réception est nul et pas professionnel !
Je suis arrivée a 14h30 . J’ai donné ma carte de séjour et la réf de Booking. La chambre ne sera prête qu’après 15h. OK donc je laisse mes bagages pour revenir ce soir. À 18h45 je reviens et la!! On me dit il y a erreur. Votre réservation n’est pas ici. Il faut aller au Palace.
Suis furieuse. Impossible d’avoir un directeur ou une responsable! Je pars en taxi à Palace!! Et la non!! Votre réservation n’est pas ici . C’est bien à hivernage. Il regarde mes réf/ et je repars en taxi à hivernage. Voilà … je suis très mécontente . Malgré l’hôtel qui est très bien je ne peux pas laisser passer … et maintient une très mauvaise note à l’équipe de l’accueil et réception..,
