Pros:

Équipe charmante et professionnelle, hôtel confortable et dans un style actuel, le spa très apprécié, le room service, le mini market au sein de l’hôtel, le confort des chambres dans l’ensemble

Cons:

Seulement quelques heures d’ensoleillement par jour lors de mon séjour, pas habituée à un lit si ferme mais literie néanmoins de qualité

Agréable mais il manque un peu de confiance

Hôtel moderne qui doit améliorer ces services
Pros:

L'hôtel semble neuf. Les chambres sont de taille correcte et sont très bien insonorisées. Il y a suffisament de rangements. La salle de bains est vaste. Les lits étaient confortables. Il y a du choix au petit déjeuner, notamment en ce qui concerne le sucré.
La piscine est grande et il y a une belle salle de sport.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à 14h45 et il a fallu attendre la chambre trente minutes.
Tous les matins, toutes les serviettes étaient enlevées et seulement remises vers 15h00. Nous n'avions rien pour nous essuyer les mains. La carte des chambres se démagnétisait chaque jour : il fallait repasser par la réception.
L'hôtel propose une formule demi-pension : cela signifie que nous ne pouvions pas manger à la carte au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir (et il y en a peu à proxpimité).
Le matin, en charcurterie, il y a seulement de la mortadelle bas de gamme. Le choix de fromages est aussi très limité.
L'hôtel est à environ 600 mètres de la mer.

Hotel promised a lot but did not deliver on key aspects. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Cons:

Hotel not maintained properly. Room floor was badly worn. Wardrobe doors did not slide properly. Could not reach wardrobe rail so could not hang clothes unless you were 6ft tall. Three hangers only.
Not all staff were engaged or interested. It was clear they lacked training in basic hotel service.
Shortage of towels: only one set per room so you are left without towels all day whilst they are being laundered
Bathroom shower tray was slippery and no bars to hold on to. No non slip mat was available when we asked. Hot water not always available in the evening for showering.
Room and bathroom plus bathroom accessories were dirty. Cleaning was hardly done. Walking on bedroom floor bare foot made the sole of your feet black after 5 minutes! Very dirty windows and balcony furniture.
Only one glass and one small coffee cup provided for two people.
No kettle as alternative to coffee maker
Bed was very firm and we had to request a second duvet to use as topper.
Breakfast OK just, but no choice of milks and poor choice of cereals. Also ran out of options or had to be asked to replenish basics. Layout was haphazard; no small plates, no small spoons (had to hunt those from the bar daily), often no large spoons whilst waiting to be washed, large plates stored so low you had to crawl on the floor to reach them!
Spa reception could not engage to make a booking as did not speak either French or English.
No sun on the pool all day or pool terrace most of the day in February.
