Honestly just all round brilliant 🤩
I was trying to keep my cost down so I was over the moon when I got amazing value and an amazing host.
The landlord was understanding and change the time for me to get in the room.
I didn't like plug in the sink cos it got stuck in the sink. I did tell the landlord and replied that someone was going to come around to get fixed.
Millie is the most charming host, she has created a place where we really felt welcome and at home.

The highlight of my stay was the owner, Millie, who was absolutely wonderful and made me feel instantly welcome. The room had some lovely, thoughtful touches like mini snacks and water, which added to the comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and I felt very secure with the convenient key pad locks. Millie’s hospitality really made the stay special
The single room was cozy, though a bit smaller than I had expected. The radiator by the bed made the room quite warm, so to manage this I had to open the window. However, with the window open, there was some traffic noise from the nearby dual carriageway.
Room was lo Ely stopped a few weeks first week got bowl ov goodies everything spotless very helpful but then things changed
Room stopped been cleaned stock not replaced I over loaded the plastic wardrobe and it broke .to which I offered to replace but that wasn't good enough like for like she wanted a solid wardrobe 3 times the price but I refused and paid £30 over price off what to be replaced with one never appearing ! Final week after £10 for washing doing that came back worse than before and ruined a new hugo boss tracksuit !!!!! On leaving demands ov more money and more laundry money even though everything was paid not only in full but early !!!!!!! So now she cancelled are agreement and made out she hasn't been paid which is rubbish .so gone from lovely place too a fix everything yourself and prices all over place 😌 same as was nice last week 4 nights now gone up to £180 not the agreed £160
Millie was vary acomedating and just about the nicest person you ever met, the room itself was very comfortable and clean!
The other neighbors were respectful. It's a peaceful neighborhood very close to my sister. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Not a lot unfortunately. I booked for two nights and left after the first night.
Tatty semi detached residential house on a very busy main road with nowhere to park.
The room was tiny, airless, hot and stuffy with an uncomfortable single bed that took up the majority of the space. I could almost touch all of the walls when standing in the centre of the room. .
The constant loud taffic noise meant I couldn't open the one small window and had to try to sleep with earplugs in.
One shared bathroom for the whole house was badly decorated and in dire need of refurbishment.
A smoke alarm on the landing beeped the whole time, so, in need of batteries it would not have alerted in the event of fire.....therefore a serious health risk. Appliances packed tightly in the room (kettle, microwave AND TV) were all plugged into one extension lead then into a single socket. None had been PAT tested.
I booked for two nights but left after the first. I would not go back, or recommend this place.
