Poor value for money, they charged us for 40 min early check-in with the room ready

Cons:

The value for money is awful. 350€ for such a small room with no services is close to rip-off. On top of that, check-in was at 15:00, is was 14:10 with the room ready and they charged us 15€ for checking in early!! Appalling

Pros:

Koko hôtel résidence Asakusa was perfect for our 4 night stay in Tokyo with our 6- member family. We needed two rooms adjacent to each other. We were given this with a safe balcony entrance on second floor. Space is tight but it is Tokyo, an enormous city so makes sense. Amenities all worked. No smels. Clean linens. Great location!

Cons:

Just not being higher up since very little view. But we needed to be able to afford it so this makes sense too.
