Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est très beau et moderne.
L’hôtel est placé tout près des différentes stations de métro qui mènent vers les différents quartiers de NY y compris l’aéroport.
Les chambres sont conformes à la description.

Cons:

Très peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Il faut payer des supplément si on veut d’avantages de choses.
Les chambres disposent de très peu de rangements.
Le lavabo se situe dans la chambre, près du lit, à part de la douche …
Hôtel situé dans le quartier Chinatown qui est très sale, mais pas dangereux.

Le petit déjeuner inclus est un scandale. Même un thé, ils n’avaient pas.
J’ai payé le supplément pour la vue. Mais là encore, très décevant. Pas de vue.

Cons:

Le "petit déjeuner inclus" porte à confusion. L'enveloppe de 20$, à dépenser chaque jour, est insuffisante et ne permet pas d'accéder à un véritable petit-déjeuner. D'autant plus que l'hôtel met à disposition des clients, gratuitement, des yaourts, biscuits, fruits, jus d'orange, café... Cette option était donc inutile.

Cons:

Vårt rum var inte klar när vi skulle checka in efter kl 3 på eftermiddagen. Frukost är rätt tråkig. Under vår vistelse blev det snöstorm. Hotellet gjorde inget för att förbereda sig in för det. Tex tog frukosten slut efter alla behövde äta på hotellet.

Ruidoso oor la noche. Imposible dormir por u se organizan unas fisestas en el lobby que no hay manera de dormir. Desayuno laméntala; pura caloría y desorganizado y caótico: bolleria industrial que se acaba e seguida, zumo caliente, yogourt que apenas hay....ESO NO ES UN DESAYUNO !!!! En la habitación no hay apenas espacio para guardar el equipaje, solo 3 perchas y un taburete....

The room on the Booking.com website is described as a room with a view from the window, but the photos provided by the hotel do not match the reality. The view from the window is actually a wall of a neighboring building. There is no view in the room, which is a deception. My vacation was ruined, and I had to search for another hotel at 2 a.m. The manager did not offer a replacement or refund the payment for the room, claiming that the hotel is not responsible for the photos and descriptions on the Booking.com website.

Bardzo miły i sympatyczny czas spędzony w NYC na odpoczynku w przerwach na zwiedzanie.
Pros:

Ładnie urządzony hotel, pokój minimalistyczny ale na krótki pobyt wystarczy, bardzo wygodne łóżko, miła i pomocna obsługa, sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników codziennie.

Cons:

Sposób urządzenia pokoju nie pozwalał na odseparowanie osoby śpiącej a chcącej skorzystać z toalety, łazienki czy umywalki, jedno światło które rozświetlało wszystkie pomieszczenia.
Brak typowej szafy na ubrania, parę wieszaków na stelarzu w koło telewizora.
Śniadanie bardziej francuskie niż typowe europejskie, słodkie bułki do dyspozycji, lub gotowe bagietki, kwestia przyzwyczajenia.
Dodatkowa kaucja pobierana przy zameldowaniu 50 $ za noc, ponoć w razie zniszczeń w pokoju.

Beautiful hotel in a central location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a very central Lower East Side location. Lovely interior decor, great facilities and helpful and friendly staff (especially doorman Karl). $20 credit to use daily at bar/coffee shop. Very well connected for travel around town but with a lot to see and do nearby. I had an incredible view of Empire State Building from my room and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in New York City.

We loved the welcoming Staff and the small but very cute rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel lobby and the room were excellent. We got upgraded to a room with a view. The noisy street was no hearable due to the thick windows which was perfect to sleep.

Cons:

We were a little bit upset to see the pretty small „breakfast“ because it we thought the included breakfast would be an American Breakfast which it said on the homepage of the hotel on Booking in our booking it said: „breakfast included“ which misleadingly made us think we would get American Breakfast. Although that happened, we acknowledged that you get a 20$ daily credit at the in-house coffee shop or at the bar. The prices of the coffee shop are certainly made for the people to spend their daily credit pretty quickly :).
