1st time in NYC!
Pros:

The view from my room was amazing. Especially for my first time in New York. The bed was really comfortable. All in all. Enjoyed the stay

Not worth the price. Rooms are very small compared to other hotels.
Pros:

Location was great. A lot of restaurants around the area.

Cons:

Lobby - like most hotels, you can lounge in the lobby without any issue. Apparently they close and people can not enjoy peace and quiet at all hours. Furthermore, hotel check in is an absolute mess. I’ll never stay here.

L’emplacement. Qualité de la literie. Vue sur l’Empire depuis notre chambre. Gentillesse du personnel.

The location

Cons:

According to the photos we have a room with at least two windows, that wasn’t the case and we have just a small view of the city. They give a specially adapted wheelchair room. When ask if they can change cause it was quite inconvenient in the sense that the bathroom keep flooding they never let us know there availability. Cleaning was also an issue, there was a shoe stain in the sheets and they never change for new ones. Also over the last days of our stage they left fewer towels that left us wondering with what exactly were we cleaning at the sink, that was outside the bathroom and have no hanger for the hand towels. Over all it was a really uncomfortable situation

Pros:

Die Location war super, alles wichtige in der Nähe. Wir haben uns auch sicher in der Umgebung gefühlt, was uns besonders wichtig war. Die Aussicht war auch phänomenal, da wir das Eckzimmer gebucht hatten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer fanden wir schön, es war immer sauber. Allerdings war uns nicht bewusst, dass es kein getrenntes Badezimmer gibt, sondern direkt alles in einem Raum neben dem Bett.

Prima hotel om New York te bezoeken.
Pros:

Prima hotel om vanuit daar de stad te verkennen. Kamer was prima en schoon. Groot genoeg. Uitzicht was geweldig. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Iedereen staat bij het gebruik van de lift de eerste keer te stoeien. Misschien dat ze dit beter uit moeten leggen. Maar als je na de eerste keer het door hebt help je andere weer die staan te stoeien om de lift te krijgen naar de goede verdieping

Overall good value and location but customer service could be improved
Pros:

Prime location to all the best pizza spots & food and shopping. Front door guy was very fun and positive

Cons:

Our room was 45 minutes late on being readied despite being reserved months in advanced and front desk staff (white female with tattoos & a black male) offered no apologies, discounts, or other accommodations to make up for the lateness. A/C malfunctioned in both rooms before being addressed
