Clean, good staff and value for money
I was lied too.
They ignored pet policy and service animal policy that was clear on ads and my booking ad. Also before they told me to leave they had me go to 5th floor to view room.. but it looked like cafeteria.also before 5th floor I had sign log book. 3 employees were at 5th floor but did nothing to help only shrud shoulders when I asked where room is..when I go back to main lobby, that's when they said again I need to find another hotel.. I already paid and reserved with card...they refused to cancel even when they didn't honor pet policy after they had me sign in at log book. Seems to be scheming.
I was hooked by the good reviews but truly, this was the worst experience. Don't book online. It's a scam.

Excellent service from all staff, expecially the security staff for night time checking in.
Close proximity to hospitals and short tricycle trip to restaurants.
Room is spacious and clean and bed is comfortable.
Parkng was provided at no cost, super friendly restaurant staff.
Friday night entertainment at the top floor, the acoustic duo performers were great!
Overall, very happy with our stay. Thank you!

I like the location... very accessible to everything... facilities are clean and functioning... staff are exceptional and accomodating... very reasonably priced... rooms are large and not cramped...

Room is clean
During sundays restaurant is closed (we had to have our dinner delivered) but I think this is part of their cost efficiency measure
The blankets specifically have some black markings so I am not sure if they were laundered but they dont smell bad so I think they were laundered..
The location, although far from my residence (Imus) it is so near to the venue of the event I was invited to attend. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood.

It is a new building so everything is still working and new. It is quiet although it is in a residential neighborhood. MRT and buses going to the provinces are walking distance. Restaurants are just a trike away.
The toilet was not working so you use pail of water (if you're local, it is not an issue) but was fixed the next day.
