We stayed at this property for five nights while visiting Cape Town. The room was nice. It had doors that separated the sleeping area from the living area. The doors had little stops behind them to prevent them from opening all the way. I am not sure why that was. I think the stop should be moved so that they’re all the way against the wall and the doors can open completely. I banged my foot one night while getting out of bed to go to the bathroom because the door is about 30% open. Otherwise, the room was very good. It was very quiet.

The hotel has two restaurants. Both were very good. Service was also very good. The area is very convenient with many restaurants located nearby. Also, a grocery store is right next-door.

The hotel is located near one of the hop on hop off bus stops. We use that bus the first day we were there. Normally, I find those buses to be inconsistent. However, the operation was well run in Cape Town. The buses came on time and provided a really good overview of the Cape Town area. Also, you can use the bus to go to Table Mountain if you schedule it right.

Staff was absolutely amazing. The look is more on the modern side but very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel without a second thought! Staff were always available with recommendations.

Honestly a 5* and I do recommend to take the breakfast option at the restaurant in the lobby it is simply amazing.

Very impressed witht he amenities, technology and the ease of check in/check out.

The hotel itself is acceptable. You can hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms however. The staff at the reception were a big disappointment as they were not helpful at all.

Some other big negatives were the use of facial recognition cameras to get access to the elevators and get into the hotel from the garage. The hotel refused to give any keycards for me who did not want to register my face in their system. My partner agreed to register her face so we could get to the room. The system did not work very well however and we got stuck in the garage at two occasions.

Another thing was the breakfast. We paid extra to have breakfast included and the breakfast was served in the restaurant/coffee shop on the ground floor, which was open to outside guests. We ordered our breakfast and afterwards received a phone call from the reception telling us we had ordered too much for breakfast and they wanted us to pay extra. Apparently they had a limit of 600 Rand for breakfast but had not told us about it. The bill however stated that 10 % of that was service charge so you had even less to order for without paying extra. And the restaurant itself was not a cheap restaurant so do not expect to be able to get completely full if you do not want to pay extra.

The stay was acceptable but we will choose another hotel next time we go to Cape town.

Very modern . Good location .Restaurants and beauty parlors on premises. Parking . Laundry available. Unfortunately the laundry is not done the same day. Not always the people at the desk were available. Fortunately nothing was so urgent

Amazing hotel at the best area of Cape Town..

Great location, friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool, unforrunately no bar at the pool. Rooms are big and in good shape.

The place is nice and comfortable. I booked a standard studio room for two nights. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the TV screen is nice and big with great picture quality. The fridge is a decent size and you can place a lot of food inside it. It was also nice to have a balcony. The shower and bathroom are spacious and they were in good condition. On the rooftop is a small swimming pool and a view of the Atlantic ocean. The gym is also decent. Overall I would recommend this as a place to stay in while you are visiting Cape Town.
