Havuz temiz ve büyük,odalar temiz,aile dostu

Personal sehr schrecklich nicht zum Zimmer begleitet nichts erklärt nichts gezeigt Uhrzeiten vom Restaurant nicht gezeigt.
Konnte kein Geld wechseln.
Herr Ahmet aus der Rezeption sehr Aggressiv und unfreundlich.
Uns wurde nicht gesagt nichts gezeigt mussten alles selber heraus finden !
Neben an gibt es noch einen Pool mit Rutsche haben wir selber heraus gefunden
Teilweise rutschen nicht benutzbar kein Wasser .
Innnenpools alle geschlossen.
Hotel sehr sehr Sauber sieht auch sehr schön aus super Anlage eigentlich.
Essen sehr sehr mager viel zu wenig leider für den Preis .

Otel çalışanları gayet ilgili ve kibar, otelin plaja mesafesinin olması oteli sakin ve güvenilir yapılıyor, ancak otelin 600 metrelik yolunun stabilize taşlık yol olması yerine asfalt dökülürse daha iyi olur.

Personel güleryüzlü ve misafirperver. Sadece otelin yolu bozuk, araba toz kaplandı. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi. Sezon dışı gitmemize rağmen her şeyi eksiksiz karşılamaya çalıştılar. Kahvaltı taze, lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Önemli noktalara yakın. Bizim için konforlu ve kaliteli bir tatil deneyimi oldu. Kendilerine profesyonelliklerinden ötürü teşekkür ederiz.

Es war sehr schmutzig und unhygenisch

It says it is all inclusive total lie! When you check in, they give a time sheet for the food service. No alcohol is included, no canned drinks (nonalcohol) included, you can not even get coffee, they have a set timing for Turkish coffee if you want to drink.

We still checked in and a room was given we went upstairs and the bathroom was dirty. My nephews, my mother and I was supposed to stay together at the family room. It is not as the photos on the website. Still I calmed my nephews down and told them I would talk to housekeeping to clean. They said they can not even take shower because there is pee next to the toilet. I did not think I would need to come this point to prove something! I took the worst side of the room becuase there is dirt on the wall too.

We went downstairs, there is no AC at the reception, lobby, restaurant. (Even if they have it, they are not using) We decided to have dinner, it was way to hot outside and inside due to lack of AC. I told my family to take a walk and discover the hotel. Even the way to the pool was enough not to stay there. I was sure that I would not let any of my family use that pool or daybeds around. I checked in around 7pm and wanted to leave at 8pm.
A lady fell down, I had to take action with my first aid training, there is no doctor or health room at the hotel. Low quality, dirty, over priced. Could stay only 2 hours (1 hour was dealing with the woman). I had to leave and book another hotel. Horrible!

1. Resort degil. Buhar odasi ve sauna calismiyor.
2. Spor salonu kir içinde. Gorevlisi bile yok. Klimasi bile calismiyor.
3. Sozde spa alaninin elektrikleri bile kapali. Tuvalete dahi gidilmiyor.
4. Sozde bu spa alaninda, su ikrami bile yok
5. Gece animasyonu bolumundeki bar kapali. Diger acik havuz kismindan ikeam alinabiliyor. Orada da tek personel var sadece. Acik alan bardak toplamaya da o bakiyor. Yeterli hizmette cok zayif bu kısım.
6. Otelin yolu hala kötü.
7. Yandaki watercastle oteli de bunlara ait. Orasi yemeksiz konaklama sunuyor. Ve orada kaanlar da Ramada kismini havuz vs kullaniyor. Fakat maalesef bu bolumde,çözemediğim sekilde kötü bir kitle de vardi.. bu durum o anlik konaklayici profilinin dusuklugunun rastgelen bir unsuru olabilir,genel diyemiyorum.
8. Restoran kısmının tuvaletleri aşırı kirli!
9. Tek asansor var otelde. Cok onemli degil,fakat bekleme suresi oluyor maalesef.

Özetle
1. Yemek ve animasyon cok cok cok basarili.
2. Resort olarak dusunerek gelinmemeli.
3. Bilindik birsey, fakat coğrafi olarak deniz kenari olmadigini bilerek konaklamak gerekiyor.

Dans l ensemble ça va .je n ai pas tester les installations. Je trouve que le personnel devrait le dire à notre arrivée , qu il y a une salle de sport, piscine, spa qui sont à notre disposition…

Pas trop de monde


. Petit déjeuner bizarre . Servis à table . Pas de choix et que du salé pas de viennoiseries ou autres… ça honnêtement c est la première fois que je vois ça .

Ensuite la chambre était propre au premier abord . Mais à des endroits l aspirateur n a pas été fait , de la poussière sur le bureau et l élément où est posé la bouilloire , tasses , café…
Il y avait même des toiles d araignée à un endroit .
Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas .


Sinon belle deco de la chambre , salle de bain des matériaux de qualités.


Très très belle vue mer. Endroit très calme pour se reposer

Birkaç yıllık bir otel.kış dönemi olması sebebiyle eleman sayısı yetersiz kalmış olabilir ancak tüm ekip güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya hazır.Tek handikapı yolunun henüz tamamlanmamış olması ve yürüme mesafesinde bir yere ulaşımın zorluğu...

Karşılama, fiziki koşullar, temizlik ve hizmet çok özensizdi.

Otelde çift olarak bir gece konakladık ve bizim için ortalama bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. Temizlik ve konfor kabul edilebilir bir düzeyde ama yeni olması nedeniyle personellerin çoğundan etkili hizmet alamadık. Umarım ilerde daha iyi bir hizmet sunulabilir. Ama havuzu tek kelimeyle muhteşem.

Angebliche 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Hotel ist ,, groß " der Empfangsbereich sieht nett aus , sodass man wirklich als erstes denkt , es ist ein 4 Sterne Hotels. Aber weit gefehlt !
Es ist dreckig, ein Tablett mit Rest essen lag auf der Treppe , nach 2 Tagen lag es immer noch dort.
Obwohl wir auf grün ( für die Säuberung des Zimmers ) an hatten , wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt , obwohl wirklich kaum Gäste da waren!
Geschätzt waren Max 30! Leute da.
Extrem wenig Auswahl beim essen. Begrenzte Essenszeiten und - obwohl all inklusive gebucht - kein Alkohol mit inbegriffen.
Der Weg zum Strand ist auch viel länger als abgegeben.
Ich reise seit guten 17 Jahren jedes Jahr für 2x in die Türkei. Aber sowas ist mir zum ersten Mal passiert.
Wir sind super enttäuscht und sind nach 2 Tagen , obwohl 7 geplant waren, abgereist ! Nun bin ich mit Expedia im Kontakt bzw. Warte gerade auf eine Antwort ! Gruss Knauer

Otel konum ve imkanları bakımından çok iyi aqua parkı havuzun büyüklüğü süper Ama rahatsız eden durum. Çalışan arkadaşların mesai saatleri ve yorgunluklarının yüzüne vurması. Sabah 7de kahvaltıda olan çalışanlar gece 22 de barda çalışmaya devam ediyor.

Otel gayet güzel. Yolun son 1-2 km lik kısmı toprak yol. Sahil kenarı değil ama tepede olması nedeniyle daha serin.

My stay was not so good due to two reasons. First, although I reserved a family suite ( which according to description takes 5 persons ), I failed to add my two kids as extra guests. I told the lady in the reception that I was ready to pay for extra guests, but the hotel insisted that I should book a separate room for them. Second, the air conditioning unit was not working properly, and it was until midnight that the hotel moved us to other rooms. And instead of upgrading our rooms, they moved us to smaller rooms.

Animation and service teams were amazing

Konum olarak güzel bir otel, restoran ve bar terasından manzara çok güzel, böyle bir tesiste temizlik daha iyi olmalı , belki sezon açılışına rastladığımız için (mayıs sonu) otelde tadilat var hissi vardı, bu tarihte tesisin tüm bölümleriyle hazır olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Deniz gören odaları tercih etmenizi tavsiye ederim.
