It’s a scam ! Don’t go there !

ARNAQUE !

Je ne comprend absolument pas les commentaires positifs car l’hôtel est vraiment miteux et glauque.
Déjà, il faut payer en cash, ce n’était pas précisé. Du coup, le monsieur de l’accueil doit me rendre 100 livres Turques, il me dit qu’il me les rendra demain.

Après avoir prit l’ascenseur qui vraiment ne m’a pas donné envie de le reprendre ensuite. Nous arrivons à la chambre et en regardant de plus près, rien ne va, une serviette censé être propre plus que douteuse, pas de télécommande pour la télévision, pas de télécommande pour la clim, impossible de faire fonctionner le radiateur.

Ensuite la salle de bain, première découverte, de la matière fécale dans les toilettes, je tire la chasse donc et je m’aperçois que les toilettes sont bouchées.
Ensuite je vais vers le lavabo pour me laver les mains, nouvelle surprise, impossible de faire fonctionner le lavabo puisque il n’y a pas de poignée de robinet donc impossible de l’utiliser.

La propreté de la douche laisse également à désiré. Et il n’y a aucune place pour poser les affaires.
Impossible que le ménage ait été fait entre le client d’avant et nous.

La porte d’entrée de la chambre est également cassée, on peut la fermer mais la sécurité laisse à désirer.

La Wifi ne fonctionne pas.

Le lendemain, évidemment je ne récupère pas mes 100 livres turques, personne ne vient voir les toilettes bouchées. On décide de quitter cet hôtel plus vite que prévu, et vu le ton du réceptionniste, on n’a pas vraiment envie de discuter avec lui car on se doute qu’il ne nous aurait pas laissé en placer une.

Je pense sincèrement que les avis positifs sont des faux car je ne comprend vraiment pas comment il peut être aussi bien noté.

Le pire hôtel où j’ai séjourné si on peut appeler ça un hôtel !

Je trouve ça vraiment fou qu’en 2026, ce genre de chose existe encore !

C’est une énorme mais alors énorme arnaque ! Je dis bien UNE ÉNORME ARNAQUE !

Very nice place and super good service !
Pros:

All time which we spend in this place was great, the man who was working all weekend in reception was very nice and helpful at every time when we needed something, I don’t remember this name but he was from Egypt, good man really ! Also free water and tea to drink was avalaible in reception all the time, nice room in good price 👍

Pros:

La ubicación era bastante cercana al centro eso permitía tener silencio por la noche ya que es un barrio tranquilo y seguro.

Cons:

Quizás sería conveniente una estufa en el baño, era algo frío.

Расположение, и трасса на 5 этаже с великолепным видом на Стамбул!

Cons:

Номер просто крошечный, 2,5*3-3,5м, и достаточно ушатаный! В туалете на кране рукомойника нет ручки , просто торчит картридж крана! Ни одной вешалки , полотенца помешать негде! Нет микроволновки!

Best value Hotel
Pros:

Best value for the budget, you cant ask more. The Terraced dining with a kitchen was so useful that works like Airbnb. Beds are comfortable, rooms are good, location super, and the facilities are good. The best part is the Staffs, outstanding, special mention to Hamdan, very helpful and nice. We 3 friends had every minute enjoyed during our 5 days stay.

Cons:

The cleaning could improve a little, and, needed a chair in the room.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were great, and the service was outstanding. I would like to give special thanks to Hemdan, the manager, for his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. He made sure everything went smoothly and made me feel very welcome.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I will definitely come back again!

Pros:

First of all the staff. The manager was super welcoming as I arrived and helped me navigate the city each day. There is a super cool vibe about this hotel and all the staff were incredible! Shout out to Himdan - great guy! There is also a stunning rooftop with great views of the city
