Pros:

The hotel is much more beautiful than the photos. On all other aspects we enjoyed the hotel.

Cons:

I believe the management can think of investing a bit more on the gym area, at least making it a bit bigger. Once there is more than 3 people you feel a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect way ro celebrate my birthday. Luxurious rooftop pool.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, all free and nothing was too much to ask! The hotel is beautifully designed and has all the basics you expect. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open till 11pm. Fantastic view.

Cons:

The en-suite shower had a funny smell before we used it. It looked very clean though, beautifully designed and has a “night light” setting ;-)

Good facilities , poor customer service

Clean, good facilities, comfortable

Cons:

I did t have my breakfast included in my stay so I asked at reception and was told it was £25 . So I added it.

Once I went to the breakfast room I ordered a coffee and asked for poached eggs on toast with bacon but I was informed it would be an extra £7 for bacon on top of the £25 . I was extremely disappointed that after an initial £25 I had to pay to add bacon to my breakfast.

And I was also very dissapointed that the staff were unhelpful and don’t explain I could pay for breakfast by item rather than the £25 . When I asked about it staff were unhelpful.

Great stay in London. This hotel was just perfect in every way. Great for Battersea Power Station.
