Satisfactory short staycation in a great location
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, great location, nice rooftop views.

Cons:

The pool is very small and usually overcrowded. There was a sewage smell in the gym and the lower ground floor on our last day there, like bursts pipes. Joia bar is extortionately priced, but that was unsurprising for London.

Perfect for a Heatwave
Pros:

We went on one of the hottest days of the year and having a roof top swimming pool was just amazing and the atmosphere at the roof top bar perfect!

Cons:

Great staff and decor but the bed in the room was a real let down, it didn’t suit the price tag that you pay for the room. The pillows weren’t at the standard you would expect. Slippers in the room were worn so no one had checked or changed to new ones. It was a shame

Great location and hotel was clean and modern. Staff were great too. Ate at Tozis in the hotel for evening meal which wa
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t open before 8.30am due to swim exercise classes taking place. This is the time people want to use the pool before checking out so seems like a strange time for classes like this to take place. Our kids were very disappointed especially as it was on one of the hottest days of the year so far.

Just perfect
Pros:

The staff were so kind and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was sublime. If you go early, very early or late it is less busy or if you’re lucky empty.
The room was perfect for a holiday and we caught the uber riverboat from the pier 5 minutes away.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t amazing but fine. The eggs Benedict wasn’t very warm.
The breakfast staff were very attentive.

Pros:

Location/reception staff/breakfast

Cons:

In what was probably the busiest weekend of the year too date….the pool and bar area were over crowded. Some of the staff in the bar area went that extra mile for the regulars not caring whether this caused upset to those staying at the hotel.

Great stay! Would go back next time
Pros:

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Perfect location. In the morning it is great to do a run at the Thames and Battersea park. The area is very nice. After the run it is great to swim at the rooftop terrace with a heated pool. Gym area is also very nice with a sauna. Breakfast is good

Cons:

The pillows were very hard but the next day we received feather pillows which were better. The pancakes at breakfast are very strange. It looks like a thick cake and it is very dry, Don't order them. The rest is much better. The cleaning lady knocked the door at 08.00 so put the do not disturb sign outside if you don't like that around this time
