Great hotel but I would ensure my room was not that side of the hotel if I had to stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast and location of hotel very good

Cons:

Our room on the 13th floor was above railway tracks and being a light sleeper the noise of the trains kept me awake for much of the evening and from early morning

Pros:

Fabulous hotel, exactly as expected. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room quality was excellent, loved the swimming pool, whilst limited in size, it’s exactly as described….. loved what Battersea has to offer. We will definitely return.

Excellent service, great value for money.
Pros:

Great location, high quality hotel for the price compared to many others in London, excellent customer service at every touch point.

Cons:

A small thing but really the only thing I can think of… a hotter temp on the hot tub on the rooftop.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, hotel design, facilities, restaurants - all outstanding. The pool was especially beautiful the view from the top was breath-taking.

Hotel nuovo in un quartiere tranquillo e moderno
Pros:

La posizione tranquilla e ben collegata con la metro e il treno. L’eleganza della camera e dei locali comuni, un bel vedere. La colazione super, servita al tavolo e staff gentile e sempre disponibile.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera non era eccelsa. Il porta spazzolini della camera era sporco di residui di dentifricio, penso degli ospiti precedenti e l’ho messo all’entrata in bella vista. Non è mail stato lavato o sostituito, é rimasto lì per tutto il soggiorno. Per fortuna c’era un altro che abbiamo usato. Abbiamo trovato una carta ci cioccolatino sotto il divano letto. Insomma, rispetto a tutti il resto, su questo c’è da migliorare.

Perfect place to relax, but just be ready for the digital experiences.
Pros:

Good location, clean, and modern. Loved the pool and bars.

Cons:

A lot of advanced technical features that took time to learn, switching a light on should be easier. Coffee machine in room poor and fridge was stocked but not on, so cold.
