Great to be back
Pros:

It was our second stay, and once again we absolutely loved it. The hotel is stylish, spotlessly clean, and located in a vibrant, modern area. We especially enjoy taking the boat into central London.

During our last visit, we had an issue with breakfast, but this time everything was perfect. We were also impressed with the room service, as we returned to the hotel quite late and ordered some hot food.

Thank you for another wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Daily emails in the run up to arriving, offering assistance which, when I responded with a specific request they advised I should mention it at check in (I did and nothing happened). This was followed by yet another email encouraging me to check in by downloading an App! A lot of irritation and complete lack of customer service instead of a welcoming first impression.

Great hotel with a great value for the price given
Pros:

I liked the fact that hotel is new and it looks clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a pool on the rooftop. The surrounding area has many shops and cafes, and even a mall.

Cons:

I think the rooms could have provided more bottles of water, and the mini bar could be better. The breakfast could be better.

Pros:

Good location. Good room.

Cons:

Fire alarm testing with no notice was disturbing. Housekeeping could be more consistent. Some days they visit some days not, at least communicate the process.

Really very nice and good!!!!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. I forgot something important in the safe in the room and the solved it really fast. The vibe was good. Underground, boat, taxi, all went fast to the center. And this new area was great.
