Mostly enjoyable experience in modern hotel in good location
Pros:

Location worked for us as close to park and family. Modern clean rooms and public areas with good breakfast.

Cons:

Quite a lot of internal noise with loud closing of doors and people on phones in corridors.

Loved location and facilities would stay again but on lower floor as “rooms with view” are pricey

Great part of London. Loved rooftop pool/hot tub. Friendly staff

Cons:

Badly stained towel in bathroom on arrival - soon swapped. Given wrist bands for pool access - Cleaner threw them away before we could use them - minor issue
