Cons:

our room was on top floor with a view but the view was train and noise went on till train stopped running - very noisy. Also, we made a request to have connecting rooms/adjacent rooms with kids room but the staff was unaware of the request we made while booking.

I felt like a Hollywood superstar for the entire time ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

The pool was a showstopper. Absolutely stunning. The attention to details throughout the entire hotel was flawless. Breakfast was superb and staff were delightful

Cons:

Had a few issues getting the tvs to work but staff immediately sent someone to fix it and the issue was resolved promptly.
The only thing I would add, and it’s so minor it hardly seems worth it… but we had a wonderful array of items in the room but could have done with toothpaste. Didn’t bring any as I’d assumed there would be some but it had no detrimental impact on our stay

Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. Infinity pool overlooking the power station even in the winter was fantastic.
