Pros:

Localização central adequada. Café da manhã simples e bom: café e pão de queijo quentes e saborosos. Atendimento atencioso. Funcionário da recepção noturna muito gentil e educado. Estacionamento próximo e gratuito.

Cons:

Muito barulho à noite: Televisão em volume muito alto, muitas conversas. Hóspedes fumando durante à noite. Travesseiro muito baixo.

It does not look like the pictures, it’s very dirty. There is no windows, only broken shutters, only one small bathroom for the whole hostel, with no lock..

Pros:

Gostei muito das acomodações, da cordialidade da equipe, do café da manhã, de todo o espaço físico, da existência de comércio próximo ao hotel e da localização.

Cons:

Solicitei uma limpeza no meio da estadia, mas ela não foi feita. Houve somente esvaziamento da lixeira do banheiro. Um quesito que realmente deixou a desejar foi a ausência de tv a cabo. No slogan o hotel oferece esse serviço, mas na prática não oferece.

Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos e o café da manha foi ótimo!

Cons:

Imóvel antigo com piso velho, funcionários femininos fumando bem perto da janela e ventilador barulhento, sujeira debaixo da cama!
