Room booked and paid superior double room 185 sq feet made us stay in standard double room 145 sq feet and said housefull .

Pros:
- courteous staff
- clean rooms
- good breakfast
- close to Kashi vishwanath temple
- walkable to Ghats

Cons:
- as it’s on a busy street, cars are not allowed infront of hotel - need to walk

A good hotel in Varanasi

Worst experience ever. They don't any good management. Even they don't know how to treat the guest. Staff behaviour us worst then ever seen. Management is totally worst. Totally upset with hotel trip. I had seen the room before check in and the room size is too small it's look like a cabin.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is located at a perfect place as the important sites like the Vishwanath temple, Dashashwamedh ghat, shopping places were at a walking distance from the hotel.
The rooms were neat and clean and well maintained. They even provided with Gangajal in every room which was very thoughtful.
The managers at the reception, travel desk, the waiters were very cooperative and helpful. They provided us the information regarding the temple visit, darshan timings and all.
Only the restaurant manager was not very cooperative.We wanted some packed breakfast as we had an early morning flight.
But overall our experience was quite pleasant at the hotel. We would love to visit the hotel once again.

Hotel rooms are clean and in good condition. Property is close to dhasashwath ghat and Vishwanath temple.

Food in hotel restaurant was ok, there are lot of good food options nearby.

During day time, police may block the road for car and autos before the hotel, be prepared to walk a bit

Never book this hotel just by looking at the pictures , they are completely misleading. The rooms are dirty and poorly maintained. The biggest shock was the slippers: instead of providing disposable ones (which is the basic hygiene standard for any hotel), they hand out used, dirty slippers that have clearly been worn by other guests. They claim these are “washed,” but it’s obvious they are not. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable.

The location is another major disappointment. The hotel is surrounded by constant construction, so there is no proper view at all. If they tell you there is a “city view,” don’t believe it all you’ll actually see is broken houses and a very unpleasant surrounding.

Basic amenities are missing too. No tissues, no green tea, and several other small essentials that even average hotels usually provide were absent here. The room size also did not match what was shown in the pictures is another case of false advertising.

I truly regret booking this hotel. What they show online and what you actually get are completely different. If you go in with high expectations, you’ll only be left disappointed. I would never recommend Pearl Courtyard to anyone.

バラナシの周辺では値段もお得でしっかりとしたホテルと思います。スタッフもとても丁寧で荷物を預かったり運んでくれたり、朝食を食べ逃しそうになった私たちに連絡も入れてくれました。ドライヤーは設置がなく電話するとすぐに届けてくれました。シャワーだけが難点でしたが、使用できないほどではありませんでした。街に出るのにも徒歩圏内でガンジス川までは余裕で歩けます。少し行くと大通りなので、Uberでタクシーを利用するのも問題ありませんでした。初めてのインドでドキドキしていましたが、このホテルに決めてよかったです。

Visited Varanasi Aug'25 and stayed in the hotel for two nights in standard double room with my wife.
Location - Good as near Temple & ghats but not so near from the Viswanath temple, especially for aged people.
Food- Good quality but lack of much options and overpriced.
Room- Standard double room where we stayed was a compact room but, surprisingly, was without any window. The washroom is very small and barely one can move inside, especially in the shower area. We paid 6600/- per night and got this!!
Service - Good & prompt. Travel desk is also helpful. All toiletries, mineral water bottle, tea/ coffee making arrangement were there. House keeping was also good.
All good hotels (4*/5*) are far away (Cantt area) and this is probably only the reasonably clean, safe & standard hotel near major attractions.

Really bad hotel and service ,cleanliness was bad with Dishes left outside the rooms for hours.
Manager were not helpful ,Akshay and Satyam ,Dinner was part of the package when you place the food order from the menu half of the items were not available to order.
Would not recommend it to anyone!!

Horrible experience ,pictures shown is nothing like the hotel ,we had booked Breakfast and dinner ,when we ordered the dinner they did not have half of the items available from the menu,serving was very unhygienic ,made a complain and manager Akshay and Satyam did nothing about it ,all staff were rude ,we did not have breakfast after the dinner experience.

The hotel rooms and libby were very clean and staff is very nice.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff Khushi, Twinkle and salini were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable.

Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend your hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Stay was very comfortable hotel is near to Kashi wishwanath temple & ghats rooms are specious neat ,clean manager at front desk helped us during stay . Enjoyed Ganga Arti with boating in morning at aasi ghat travel desk help us to explore the city Kashi

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very near to the temple, deshwamedh ghat and kashi chat. The rooms are small but decent. Staff is very courteous. Food is ok. Value for money.

I advise not to go to this place, It's far different to what you see in the photos and reviews here, I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel.

The hotel is below average for a 4 star category. Rooms are suffocated without a provision of window. Many rooms have walls to look out of the windows.
Food is average or even below, buffet is with low quality food and less variety. As far as hotel staff service is concerned, if things are going in normal fashion then no issues, the moment you face any problems or ask for staff's help real problems start. Staff is not at all helpful (except for few bell boys, who anyways have limited resources), there isn't any escalation point where you can reach in case staff isn't listening, the managers are highly reluctant the front desk is even more pathetic with untrained and extremely rude people. Even for a extra bottle of water you're told sorry only 2 provided (this happened last time when I stayed). ACs wont cool during summers and in winters you'll feel suffocated in non windows rooms. Hot water is a big issue in winters. Maintenance staff will take forever to reach you. Parking facility isn't there. Lots of construction going on in adjacent land and in case it rains it'll be very difficult to reach hotel due to water logging. Fighting staff is another problem they start fighting in front of customers and front desk would scolde poor bell boys right in front of customers leaving an unpleasant site. In summers in scorching heat due to more ac demands their panels would give up due to which they switch off lifts, for 2 days their lifts didn't worked in summers and in had to climb 3 flight of stairs to reach my room.
They claim that hotel is near to temple is also not true the way that is claimed to be near temple is closed and one has to take a ride from Gadaulia to reach temple.
I had booked this hotel second time in May 2025 solo last time I stayed in December 2024 with family. What a terrible mistake that was won't repeat now. This good for nothing hotel should be a dormitory rather than a 4 star and their stars need to be reviewed. I booked from MakeMyTrip app while hotel staff multiple times told me I should have booked on direct booking

Stay was comfortable and access to all temples ghats was convenient. Being in proximity of Vishwanath corridor makes hotel convenient. Drawback is reaching to hotel with your own vehicle is little problem and parking. Hotel staff helped in parking. For the tariff charged it’s on a higher side as in night time being in main market makes it noisy inside. They should work more on sleep quality by having good cots.
