Very little. The staff who checked us in were pleasant and the hotel is in a nice location.
We had booked for four nights and checked out after the first one. The room was EXTREMELY damp, the mattress was plastic, bathroom had a foul smell from the drain and mold all over the tiles. We arrived at midnight so had no option to spend the first night but were woken at 6.30AM with intense banging of doors, staff shouting in the common areas and drums of water being banged on the ground. No heating or any kind of fan in the room. Our clothes smelled musty after a night here. That being said it was cheap, but lesson learned for us.

The staff was amazing! They were hospitable and kind and very helpful. The location of the hotel was also perfect, close to downtown, markets and to transportation back to the airport.
The hotel bathroom sink only had cold water and one faucet had water. Luckily the shower had hot water but the shower head pointed at an awkward direction. Like most hotels in San Cristobal, the lighting in the hotel rooms needs to change. The old incandescent light bulbs are no good and when there's only one or two light bulbs for lighting, it doesn't create a very comfortable or pleasant feel visually.

Me tocó la habitación 302. Era la última y la del ultimo piso asi que el Internet se me desconectaba a ratos. Fuera de eso, todo perfecto

Au départ, on nous a proposé une chambre sans fenêtre à l’arrière. Pour avoir une fenêtre on nous changé pour une chambre sur l’avant mais il y avait beaucoup de bruit (pétards de fête au loin, bruits des voitures de la rue ou encore sonnette de l’hôtel quand il faisait nuit.).

La abitacion se sintió cálida y cómoda , sus instalaciones muy bonitas.
El lugar y la atención es muy buena. El internet no se conecta nunca. El desayuno es rico de sabor, pero pocas opciones. Hay 1 variedad de huevo revuelto, frijoles o pancakes con miel. De tomar café (muy rico) té o agua de Jamaica y manzanas o plátano. Eso es todo
