Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Staff was great very accommodating, room was spacious and had good utilities. Pool and gym are very nice and clean, both great facilities to relax and use. Husband mentioned the sauna was also very good to use. Lots of food options around.

Cons:

This was our second stay and the room we had this time was not as clean as our first stay. It was still in decent condition but this time the furniture appeared to be stained from a previous tenant maybe children judging by the condition of the couch. Shower facilities were also not as well maintained as our first room. Pool decking also still needs repair.

The pool decking needs some maintenance the boards are a bit loose in some spots so stepping is can be a hazard.

Very nice stuff very helpful nice air condition nice and clean new furniture everything in the kitchen that you need nice area relatively quiet comparing to other areas. Nice manager who cares about the apartments.

Best apartments in phnom penh!
Pros:

Very nice stuff very quiet location very close to the market for food and supplies. Parking garage for the car. Nice swimming pool clean rooftop. Fitness center is well equipped. Kitchen is very well equipped very good air conditioning system small balcony to dry the laundry good washing machine. Smart TV with netflix and amazon prime. Very fast wlan. Very friendly cleaning stuff changing of towels and sheets everyday. very motivated manager.
