This could be a lovely hotel with a few minor changes.
Pros:

The room was spacious and everything was clean. I loved the little gifts they left for my son, it was such a nice touch! And the bath towel was very cute! The location is beautiful, and everything was easily accessible.

Cons:

I stayed with my 3 year old son in the beginning of March. I knew it would be too cold to swim outside, but I assumed the spa pool would be warm enough for us to enjoy. It was very, very cold and we could only stay for a few minutes. When we checks out, we were charged accordingly for our stay, but when I saw 3 missed calls and an email saying I hadn’t paid my bill. I was able to clear this up by sending the invoice that was given to me and my receipt.

Une expérience décevante pour un établissement classé 5 étoiles.
Pros:

La terrasse agréable pour le déjeuner.
Le coin jeux enfant dehors et la vue de cette "place" de jeux
Le personnel souriant à l'accueil et l'équipe du matin.

Cons:

Logement inadapté : Pour une réservation de 3 personnes, la suite était beaucoup trop petite. De plus, l'espace "cuisine" est purement décoratif : pas de poêle, une seule minuscule casserole, pas d'éponge ni de produit vaisselle, et seulement deux couverts et verres. Le réfrigérateur, saturé par le minibar payant, ne laisse aucune place pour des effets personnels.

Confort et ergonomie : Le lit simple était d'un inconfort extrême avec une literie de piètre qualité. Côté pratique, les armoires sont particulièrement difficiles à ouvrir au quotidien. Il faut se casser les ongles pour les ouvrir.

Publicité trompeuse : Les photos au grand angle sur le site faussent totalement la perception de l’espace et de la vue, qui donnait finalement sur... rien.

Restauration et Spa : Le petit-déjeuner est indigne d'un tel standing (niveau 2 étoiles maximum). Concernant la piscine intérieure, la sécurité laisse à désirer : le sol est extrêmement glissant et les mitigeurs de douche sont mal réglés, présentant un réel risque de brûlure.

Le prix est exorbitant pour la prestation et le prix du parking également.

En résumé : Un hôtel sans âme ni saveur. Les équipements sont présents sur le papier, mais la prestation globale n'est absolument pas à la hauteur des attentes d'un 5*.
