Cons:

The accommodation was outdated and not clean. There was mold on the walls, and the bathroom was very dirty with visible hygiene issues. Even though the windows were closed, there was still a lot of noise coming from the street, which made it difficult to rest.

Umístění přímo na kolonádě u pláže. Skvělý vÿhled na východ.

Cons:

Velmi opotřebovaný nábytek a špatné větrání pokoje. Na stropě zatéká voda.

Fajny nocleg ze względu na widok z okna - 6 piętro i widok na morze ale poza tym bez rewelacji.
Pros:

Ogólnie tu trzeba przyznać że główną zaletą jest fenomenalny widok morza i plaży. Po raz pierwszy w życiu zarezerwowałem taki pokój. Jest to pokój na 6 piętrze i jest winda wiec o tyle dobrze, łożko duże a pokój przestronny.
W salonie stól, i fotele, kuchnia indukcyjna i pare sztućcy - to na plus. jednak to co w negatywach napisalem - czajnik nie dziełał i nie było tv - które były na zdjęciach.
Nocleg tani wiec nie ma co narzekać ale mogłoby być czyściej. Ogólnie na wakacje super sprawa taki 1 lub kilka noclegów tam!! Jest lodówka, jest zlew i indukcja. Odbiór kluczy ze skrzyneczki - najlepsza rzecz!
Ogólnie polecam na kilka nocy max

Ogólnie trzeba jasno przyznać że z racji morza - jest bardzo głośno i trzeba sie do tego przyzwyczaić. Morze mocno szumi!!!
Trzeba powiedzieć że w apartamencie nie było czysto, szczególnie w łazience gdzie z szafki leciała jakas brunatna woda. W dodatku woda byla dosc zimna podczas kąpania. Niestety najgorszą rzeczą w łazience był brak szyby w przysznicu przez co jesli sie nie uwazalo to woda mogla leciec na cala lazienke - zdecydowanie ograniczalo to komfort kąpieli. W łazience brudno!
Drugą bardzo negatywną sprawą jest brak udogodnień - mała ilość kubków itp
Elektryczny Czajnik nie działał - a z tego co widzę po opiniach - to juz jest od jakiegoś czasu. To sprawia ze wode na kawe i herbate trzeba gotować w wielkim garnku (który wczesniej trzeba umyć).
Niestety bardzo dużym minusem był też brak dużego telewizora który jest na zdjeciach podczas zakupu pokoju - dostałem informacje że obecnie nie ma go do dyspozycji.. bardzo slabo w przypadku zlej pogody lub wieczora...
poza tym okna dosc brudne w pokoju - co ograniczalo ogladanie morza - mimo tak ladnego widoku.
W pokoju na półkach nieporządek i dzira w ścianie..
Poduszki strasznie niewygodne!
Ogólnie poza widokiem, przestronnym pokojem i salonem w którym można spedziec troche czasu to minusów wiecej.

Приятно място,бих повторил. Самостоятелна баня,изглед море, оборудвана кухня. А локацията е възможно най добрата. Препоръчвам.

Cons:

Check in and finding the place was a nightmare. Hint, it's not called Larnaca Sea View rooms. So why advertise it as that? If you do manage to find it, you'll be directed to a key box.There are about 15 keyboxes in reception and there were no clear instructions on the right one. In fairness they were responsive on WhatsApp but the whole process of finding the bog standard room was awful. Coming from someone who lived in Africa and Asia for 20 years, this was probably my worst check-in experience. Do better, or update the guidance.

Bordel, neprezlečene posteľné prádlo, uteráky, pleseň, špinavé okná, nedá sa okno na izbe otvoriť, tečie WC na podlahu, smrad.

I’m not able to stay here!!

I don’t ever recommend. Place was just like place for animals. Even animal have peter place!!

Pros:

The key was not in the box where it was supposed to be. After I contacted the host about it, he sent 3 very dirty and aggressive guys to give me the key and they took me upstairs in the apartment, where there was one more naked guy. After I saw that I started to feel scared and I left.

The worst experience I have ever had, thiskind of places should never be allowed to host people on an app like this.

Cons:

Mould everywhere, for people with any kind of allergies, asthma, lung issues please avoid. Even the bed was damp and smelled like mould. Avoid for stay longer than 1, max 2 nights. Its not good value for money. It is due a full renovation. Pictures are at least 5 years old, evrything inside is old and mouldy.

I do not recommend it at all!
No No No. Stay away!!!
The apartment was not comfortable to enter because of the bad smell coming from the corridors.
The apartment did not have hot water for more than a day. I had to pay another apartment for a shower. They also did not refund my money. Hot water is an essential item for an apartment.
I do not recommend it.
As far away from this apartment as possible
