Would like to have a grab bar in the shower; otherwise very good.
Pros:

My husband said he was so impressed when he went for breakfast with the cleanliness of the hotel--every area he saw was immaculate!

Cons:

Tried to grab a last minute drink at the bar which said it was open to 10 p. We were there at 9:45; it was firmly closed.

It was a good stay for the money however properties like this always have room to improve.
Pros:

It looks that it was renovated not so long ago. I liked the they place laminated floor instead of carpet.

Angenehmer Zwischenstopp in Truro
Pros:

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick ein wenig dunkel und erschien uns nicht so komfortabel. Doch dann sahen wir die Waschmaschine, entdeckten alle Lichtschalter (auch den über den beiden Kochplatten) und waren immer mehr zufrieden.
Das große Bett war prima.
An einem Esstisch konnten wir essen und zusätzlich gab es einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl.
Das Auto konnte direkt vor der Eingangstür stehen.
Die Dusche fanden wir auch gut.

Cons:

Die Heizung wurde über ein großes Klimagerät mit Luft und Lärm geregelt. Das fanden wir nicht so gut.
Beim Einchecken mussten wir erst lernen, das Best Western auch diese Zimmer verwaltet.

Adequate motel accommodation.
Pros:

We had a motel room out the back of the main building. It was spacious and comfortable enough for a single night's stay. Breakfast in the main hotel complex was good.

Cons:

Basic kitchen facilities were not really suitable for self catering (e.g. portable hob had space for only one pan; no sharp knife to cut ingredients). Water from the tap tasted musty; if the tap water is not suitable for drinking, then it would be good to highlight that to the foreign traveller, or alternatively supply a pitcher of water in the room.

Worked out good for motorcycle trip. Kind of too in the city. Restaurant was good.

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Beds are soft and worn out,we had a suite with some food prep station but no table or chairs to sit and eat.free breakfast was ok but far from great we stayed for 8 days only had breakfast for 4 days.we won't be going back.

Comfortable Room
Pros:

Large king bed room. Comfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom facilities were very good. Small kitchenette was handy to have. Great hot & cold buffet breakfast available in the morning. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant, Miller's which was very good. It is open from 4pm. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. It is the motel section of the Best Western Hotel & Convention Center.

Cons:

There was 2 staff at front desk. One staff was with a customer while my family was with the other staff member. She was middle of our papers as she stopped working with us and took another couples request. Instead of saying that she will be with them shortly. So it took longer booking in and it wouldn't hurt for staff to be cheerful and smile a little more.

Clean, comfortable and adequate accomodations
Pros:

Good breakfast served in the Main Conference Center building. Staff quite friendly and ready to assist.

Cons:

Didn't realize we were in the 'motel' extended stay section of the hotel when we booked. The rooms have been updated and are quite comfortable but the outside of the 'motel' could use a freshening up.

Pros:

Staff was friendly. The room decor was up to date and the washer/dryer in the room was fantastic and a great addition to a traveling family.

Cons:

The floor wasn’t clean. I’m not saying it wasn’t cleaned but there is no way it was cleaned with clean water. And the shower floor didn’t look clean but that could very well be the water. Hotel must figure a way of getting a product that will get rid of the stains.

komfortables 4er-Zimmer mit Frühstück, Indoor-Pool mit Whirlpool
Pros:

Wir hatten ein relativ geräumiges Zimmer für 4 Personen. Alles war sehr sauber.
Der Indoor-Pool inkl. Whirlpool hat uns gut gefallen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Leider waren die Betten relativ schmal.
Beim Frühstück haben wir frisches Obst vermisst.
