I am disappointed that when I reached the hotel to check in I was told I that they didn’t have my reservation and they have no rooms. I had to request and prove to them that I had reservations. I had to wait for three hours before the room was made available. Expedia's may want to check why the reservation was not available with the hotel. Staff members were helpful to accommodate but this situation should not have happened to begin with. I would like Expedia to address this so future guests booking through Expedia don’t run into such issues.
This is the first time i realised staying at this hotel is that some of the staff are very dishonest. 2 days in a row Money was taken out of my bag. I asked for cctv footage yo see who all went into our room but i was diverted to check the trolley of the room service. I kept on asking for the footage but no one bothered to take any action. Me and my husband suspect one staff named Himanshu. The hotel management should take some action and my stolen money which was inr21500 should be refunded. We stay in hotels thinking its the best trusted place. Pls publish this review so that other people thinking to book this place are more careful. This should be brought the the attention of the owner Mamta Pandey as to what’s happening behind her back
