The supermarket was 10 minutes walk away. Not alot of restaurants and not alot of public transport We used Uber and Bolt to get around

アパートメントホテルです。キッチン設備と冷蔵庫があるのがありがたかったです。
シャワーは湯量が豊富で快適でした。
タオルの交換は2日に一度、掃除はなしでゴミ出しは自分で行います。

Très bel hôtel. Dommage qu’ils mettent sur le lit ces fameux coussins décoratifs et parure qu’ils ne nettoient jamais (seul point négatif). Sinon l
hôtel est très calme, propre, bien agencé.

Ravie de mon séjour au Résidhome. Bon accueil. Studio confortable et bien équipé, très propre, bien insonorisé, literie confortable et équipement salle de bains et cuisine conforme au listing présenté lors du choix de l'appart hôtel. Très pratique car situé prés des arrêts de bus et de centres commerciaux. Je recommande vivement.

All staff were really friendly and I had the trip of a lifetime, they were really welcoming and helpful!

This incinerator in Ivry is the largest incinerator in Europe.The hotel's close proximity raises concerns regarding public health. Moreover, there were yellow stains in the corners of the shower cabin, suggesting that it had not been thoroughly cleaned.
Although the room includes a kitchenette, it was not adequately equipped for guests who wish to cook. There were rust-like stains on the bathroom towel, which was disappointing. The main positive aspect of our stay was the friendly and helpful attitude of Ms. Myriam at the reception. Additionally, the hotel’s location is convenient, being close to both metro and bus stops.

The AC did not work as expected

Local maravilhoso, super organizado e uma cama muito confortável. Ar condicionando funcionando perfeitamente, durante a alta temporada e um super calor.

Aunque está alejada del centro y lo turístico, es fácil llegar en transporte

The residence itself was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The location however is in an industrial area and our view was a smokestack of a garbage incineration facility. It seems that the area has several similar residences, with one apparently for young people, who were partying outside until early morning one night. But the price is good for a place in Paris.
