Great location clean friendly atmosphere
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here , our room was very nice and very clean , they had a coffee , drinks and snack area open 24 hours with a great selection of drinks and snack area. The place was very quiet and everyone ( staff and customers ) were super friendly

Cons:

There is nothing we didn’t like , this place was great

Met an awesome cat Raj!
Pros:

Nice location 20 min off Montauk. Place is clean and cozy. Close to a local Beach, and offers very good amenities! Very welcoming staff. Nice and quiet, modern rooms, and offers bikes for travel. They even cleaned the rooms in between. Very pleased with the stay.

Cons:

Mattress too soft, had troubles falling asleep. But was no big deal.

Basic stay, good location
Pros:

Good location close to Sag Harbor and surrounding area, room was nice and clean and the bungalow suite setup worked well as we had a baby with us.

Cons:

It may have been due to the year end holiday, but the snow was not plowed and the walk from car parking areas to the bungalow was icy and slippery. The front desk attendant couldn’t help us with any local food recommendations, and they’d forgotten about a pack and play (even though we put in the request ahead of time) until we brought it up. There was also no food onsite for breakfast beyond a coffee station, which for the price point felt like a miss.

Affordable and perfect for a couple of nights!
Pros:

Location was great for easy access to East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Southampton.

Cons:

We stayed in a bungalow which are twin units but they have pretty thin walls. Would be ideal if you can have both sides of the bungalow as there is an inside door between the two.

Paid for a hotel got a roadside motel with all the noise
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Was on top of the road. Very noisy to the point they had white noise generators on the rooms.
Walls are paper thin so you hear the next guys room as if it was yours.

Schöner Aufenthalt in schnuckligem Ambiente
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, zwar an der Hauptstrasse aber trotzdem total ruhig.
Die Suite war hübsch eingerichtet, mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Mini-Kühlschrank.Wir hatten um 2 Einzelbetten gebeten, wodurch das Zimmer allerdings recht beengt wurde.
Das Badezimmer ist auch recht klein, aber die Handtücher waren flauschig und genügend vorhanden.
Es gibt an zwei Stellen in der Hotelanlage eine kleine Küche mit Kaffeeautomat,Kühl- und Gefrierschrank,kleinen Snacks, sehr liebevoll angerichtet.
Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder,E-Bikes,Picknickkörbe und Strandstühle ausleihen.
Das Personal im Büro und die Hotelmanagerin waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Damen der Zimmerreinigung könnten etwas gründlicher sein.
Zwar wurden ausser Sonntags die Betten glatt gezogen,frische Handtücher gebracht und Müll entfernt, aber an keinem der vier Tage Aufenthalt wurde der Boden gefegt,gesaugt oder gewischt.

Pros:

The property was well cared for. It is a renovated motel and the rooms are very small. No closet, tiny bathroom and definetly not comfortable for four people in the "studios". Each room has a light by the door that shines in to the room all night long. Each room has outdoor furniture and that is where we spent our time while we had to be at the room. The 'continental breakfast' included an apple and a coissant. Make your own coffee is available. Not worth $900 for one night in late September!

Pros:

Property is a very upscale motel. Very clean and modern, spacious rooms and cute snack/coffee area with free soft drinks etc. Sofa bed was spacious and very comfortable, easily best one I’ve seen. Overall great option affordable stay in the actual Hamptons, location can’t be beat, especially at the price point.
