Cons:

Service Efficiency
On 17th, I encountered an issue with my room’s door lock. Despite calling reception twice, it took 15 minutes for a staff member to arrive. For a hotel of your caliber, I expect prompt resolution of urgent issues, especially those affecting room access.

2. Poor Bathroom Design (Safety Hazard)
The sliding door behind the washbasin is poorly designed. Water easily spills onto the floor or carpet when using the sink.

3. Late Check-in Time
Someone as an early-flight traveler who arrived exhausted at 11:00 AM but is required to wait until 3:00 PM to access room. For a hotel charging ¥1,200/night, offering early check-in when available would greatly improve the guest experience.

4. Unacceptable Lobby Restroom！！！
The lobby’s single-occupancy, unisex restroom is astonishingly inadequate for a luxury establishment. Its cramped size and lack of gender separation are inconvenient and detract from the hotel’s premium image.

A stylish and thoughtfully designed hotel with great service, tasty breakfast, and a vibrant weekend bar scene.
Pros:

The hotel is very new, and the service is excellent. You can tell a lot of thought went into the interior design—stylish and well-executed. The breakfast is also quite good; the cheese chicken wrap is delicious, though it's not available every day. On weekend evenings, there's live music at the bar, which creates a great atmosphere. I also really liked the mystery box cocktails—they were a fun surprise.

お部屋と食事の質は高い。眺望とラウンジの環境に注意が必要。
Pros:

• お部屋： 非常に清潔で、間取りが機能的。使い勝手が良く、滞在中はとても快適に過ごせました。
• 食事： どのお料理も美味しく、レストランの雰囲気も落ち着いていて、ゆったりとした時間を楽しむことができました。

Cons:

• 眺望について： オーシャンビューの客室を予約しましたが、視界の半分ほどは向かい側の大きな工事現場でした。楽しみにしていただけに、この景観については予約時に事前の注意書き（「一部視界が遮られる」等）があれば、納得して予約できたのにと感じます。
• スカイラウンジの運用： 夕日を楽しみにお酒を飲みに伺いましたが、ドリンクも注文せず、ひたすら写真撮影だけを続けているグループが多く、非常に気になりました。
落ち着いてお酒を楽しみたいゲストの視界を遮っている状態だったので、撮影のみの利用に時間制限を設けるなど、本来のラウンジ利用客が快適に過ごせるようなルール作りをお願いしたいです。
