Pros:

The hotel is across a mall which has a food court .This is quite convenient. Staff very cooperative and attentive .

Cons:

The hotel was not very clean .The beach view rooms are not exactly beach front

Pros:

Second time staying at Hyatt Centric KK. Love how comfortable and premium it feels staying here. Location is central thus there is less need for my car, and the valet service is top notch. Appreciate that my car is safely parked in the basement.

Cons:

The swimming pool this time, had a sour aftertaste.. not a big deal but makes me wonder how often the water is cleaned. Otherwise, nothing much to complain about really.
