O quarto em que fiquei tem uma boa estrutura, porém falta cuidado. O café da manhã é mto bom.

Cons:

Não havia papel higiênico nem sabonete no banheiro. Cobertor também não tinha, não sei se era necessário solicitar. A TV tem streaming porém o Wi-Fi não pega. A acústica do quarto é péssima, você ouve ‘aqueles’ ruídos dos outros quartos, mas isso é o de menos, o pior é ficar ouvindo os colaboradores do local, por um momento tive a impressão de que estavam na minha janela conversando, das 5h às 8h da manhã que foi o horário que tentei dormir, eu só conseguia ouvir o vai e vem dos colaboradores.

Atenção dos funcionários e prontidão para sanar qualquer problema.
A suíte é bem completa, gostamos muito da estadia.

Cons:

Eu particularmente, gosto da piscina com a água mais fria, mas é gosto meu, particular, não vou colocar como problema. Porque foi resolvido prontamente, e pra minha esposa estava satisfatória, então está tudo certo.
