Louie was extremely helpful, even answer a phone call late at night when I needed assistance.
Pros:

Very comfortable, self contained, good location for where we needed to be. Issue with fridge sorted as soon as reported.

Cons:

Kitchen had to be wiped down when we go there. Check in could have been an easier process.
