Not for claustrophobic people
Pros:

Large modern unit. Nespresso coffee machine a plus

Cons:

No windows to speak of! If you’re claustrophobic avoid it. There is a small window at a height of 2 meters, can’t look out. Dark bathroom with only 1 light working.

Great central location with a very comfortable room. Good breakfast located just downstairs.

Room was clean and comfortable with a great central location. Security was good and clear instructions from the property manager with entry codes etc

Cons:

The bathroom door was in the way. The shelf in the shower was missing and the hook behind the bathroom door was missing. It was also dimly lit.

Need more modern laundry facility. Bit dated and took forever to wash clothes. Also continual noise from pump for water tank pumps below room 1 , when water was used by complex.

Excellent place to stay the town has some superb restaurants
Pros:

An excellent room with the clean and tidy brand-new bathroom that is perfect accommodation for Two. Parking went outside was acceptable and the restaurant underneath provided a great breakfast.

Cons:

The only problem we had was that the security and access system requires a press of the finger on a screen. If you have cold fingers it doesn’t work! Breathe on your hands make sure things are warm and everything will be perfect…

If we are lucky enough to come back for another trip to St Helens we would 100% stay here.
Pros:

Location was fantastic and overall the apartment was everything we needed and beds were super comfy. Lovely decor and everything felt fresh and clean. It was nice to have somewhere so lush to recharge our batteries at night.

Cons:

In terms of things that would have elevated our stay I would have liked a sink in the kitchenette to wash dishes in as we were there for more than one night and washing in the bathroom basin does not fly with me. There was only a curtain separating the main room/bedroom from the other room - would have been better if there was an actual door. There was no window in the main room/bedroom would have been nice to get some lovely natural light in

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

No dining table and chairs. Low lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Airconditioner was faulty and made huge noises in the roof and we had to turn it off overnight on a really hot night. Bathroom is really small.

Would not not stay here again. Would rate it a 5.
