Super séjour.
Pros:

L’accueil était vraiment chaleureux. Le personnel a vraiment été attentionné y compris pour résoudre notre problème de douche rencontré le deuxième soir. Le petit déjeuner est varié.
Les équipements sont vraiment bien.
L’emplacement est très central.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur le ménage qui n’a pas été fait (mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé).

Gelungener Kurzurlaub, würde wieder buchen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, öffentliches Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel. Straßenbahnhaltestelle 100 m entfernt.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum besonders am Wochenende zu klein. Geschirr und Besteck war nicht ausreichend vorhanden.

Pros:

Super emplacement, hôtel très confortable, personnel souriant.

Cons:

Le passage de l aspirateur dans la salle de petit déjeuner, pendant le petit déjeuner (et ceci les 2 jours de notre séjour, à la même heure). Il doit être possible de faire cela 1h plus tard.

Het personeel dat bijna voor 100% Engelstalig is en geen Nederlands spreekt.

Prachtige kamer! We kregen een upgrade.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel tegen. Erg chaotisch omdat het een kleine ruimte is waar het ontbijt staat. Veel was er op en niet heel erg veel keus.
