Everything was perfect .
Дуже приємний персонал, який виконував всі наші забаганки. І утюг, І запалити камін, і няню, щоб покататися на шарі, і вечеря в номер і бронювання заходів. Прям хочеться сказати, що оце справжній відпочинок, коли тебе полюбили.
Окрема строка- це шеф кухар! Яка їжа смачна! Які вишукані страви! А які сніданки!

Дуже холодно в ванній. Взимку буде просто невиносно. Вода з душової не висихає і витерти нема чим. Ходиш постійно по цій калюжі.
Замовляли номер заради джакузі, але так нею і не змогли скористатися.
Немає подачі гарячої води. Адміністратор сказав що за 30 хв має нагрітися. Набрали воду о 7 вечора. Просиділи до 2 ночі вода так і не нагрілася. Пішли спати без джакузі.
На ранок вода стала всього лише 40 градусів. Тобто нагрітися з 24 до 40 їй треба 15 годин.

Soundproofing could be improved, but it's not a major issue.
The staff was very helpful and even arranged for a private taxi to give us a tour around Goreme. The hotel and room itself were exactly as pictured and even cleaner and well decorated. The breakfast was a great spread of local breakfast which was fresh and tasted great.

Just the shower part. Is an open shower. It’s difficult to wash without letting the hole bathroom wet.

Kappadoks is a beautiful property in a wonderful location located in the quiet town of Uchisar. If you would like a more peaceful and relaxing experience and setting, this is a great choice! The terrace restaurant has excellent views looking east and northeast and delicious dinners. The breakfast is good but the same every day. It would be nice to have more variety and options than the same thing every morning. The room was clean but the bath was not excellent as expected and per the website photos. We stayed in Room 1011. The room was overall very good, but the pillows were too stiff and the light above the shower was not working, which made for a dark experience. The best part of the stay other than dinner and the quiet location was the excellent staff, particularly Sarja. Very helpful, kind, and attentive. Thank you!

roos were not reall caves but somehow part of the cave and very small hotel with 1 restuarant with limited menu options.
This hotel offered more than I expected with amazing view, service, food, and location. Would definitely come back.

A bit of a steep climb to get to the property if going out locally

Everything was fine! Such a cozy hotel, amazing attentive caring staff! The hotel has everything you need! Cavernous atmospheric hotel with great views, spacious rooms, comfortable beds! It won't be cold or stuffy! And here is one of the best restaurants in the town! Returned here every day as home, surrounded by care and comfort! Excursions were also booked here, everything was fine! Thank you very much!
