L’odeur d’humidité type pipi de chat omniprésente dans les chambres .la piscine payante et non annoncée comme telle lors de la location . L’enregistrement à l’automate difficile le lit deux places trop petit pour un couple

スタッフの方が素晴しい！また利用したいが、その前に部屋、大浴場を快適にして欲しい。
Pros:

フロント、ロビー、清掃の方々（外国人の方）は全て、ベストの接客で素晴らしかったです。皆さん親切、丁寧で感動しました。

Cons:

部屋の中の香りが、少し臭かった。長年の匂いがたまったのかも。一度、滅菌消臭を業者の方に頼んで方がいい。スペレーとかでは消えないと思う。
屋上の露天風呂が六本木という事で音や夜空が全く魅力がない。数回利用してるが、もう大風呂には行かなくなった。都会ならではの大浴場の魅力を出してほしい。ジャグジーをもっとクオリティーを高くするとか。女性風呂にはアロマ的な香りで楽しんでもらうものなど。

Pros:

Odanın genişliği tek kişi için gayet yeterliydi. Personellerin tutumundan da memnun kaldım tavsiye ederim kesinlikle. Ulaşım açısından da merkezi konuma sahip.

Cons:

Check-in saati olarak 12.00 belirtilmesine rağmen saat 15.00 dan önce odaya alınamayacağımız ve eğer odayı kullanmak istersek extra ücret ödememiz belirtildi. Bu bilgi daha öncesinde belirtilebilirdi. Ayrıca oda hazır olduğunda odaya alınacağımız söylenmişti.

Belle vue mais piscine payante
Pros:

Vue top, Onsen sympa, chambre petite mais bien aménagée

Cons:

Petite Piscine payante et hors de prix, on avait choisi l’hôtel pour la piscine mais il fallait aller voir les petites lignes pour confirmer que c’était payant. Pourquoi le Onsen est gratuit et la piscine payante
