Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices including fruits and hot foods.

Cons:

It took over thirty minutes to receive additional bath towels, as only two towels were available in the bathroom. We had reserved two rooms. The bathroom door is a sliding door that does not close completely, thereby allowing visibility of the person using the toilet from the side of the bathroom. The night front desk clerk who checked us in was not courteous. Furthermore, the valet service is quite costly, amounting to $60 for one night.

Besides the parking, my stay was great
Cons:

Parking was awful. Street parking only. Unless you want to pay $50 for a valet that had us waiting for over 30 minutes because they could not find my car

The best hotel to stay at in Downtown Oakland
Pros:

Staff was wonderful and so was the valet. Room was immaculate and clean and breakfast was also really amazing.
