Cons:

Ein Lichtschalter für eine Nachttischlampe befindet sich am Bettkopfende direkt hinter dem Kopfkissen, so dass bei jeder Bewegung des Kopfes auf dem Kissen das Licht angeschaltet wurde. Ich habe das Leuchtmittel entfernen müssen.

Erwartungen weit übertroffen!

es war wieder einmal - die Menschen - von die nette Dame am Telefon am Tag der Anreise sich telefonisch gemeldet bzw. gekümmert hat, als ich angegeben habe - nach stundenlange Anreise, doch vielleicht etwas spät/ ausserhalb gewöhnliche Zeiten check-in machen zu wollen, bis hinzu - und, vor allem die nette Dame die einen der besten Buffets - und auch noch fast 1x Stunde vor Zeit am folgenden Morgen "hervorgezaubert" hat - und auch noch dazu, sehr sehr profressionell und nett sich um alle Gäste gekümmert hat. Ihr war wirklich kein Wunsch "zu Viel".
Und/ aber - wie erwähnt, die überaschung, als ich mich um 05:45 im Frühstückzimmer begeben habe - in der unwahrscheinliche entfernte Hoffnung, vielleirh irgendwie bereits dann eine Kaffee irgendwie auftreiben zu können - zu meine grosse Überraschung aber einen aussergewöhnlichen Frühstück bereits 45 Minuten "vor Zeit" vorgefunden zu habe. Zudem eine extrem nette, angenehme Mitarbeiterin, die alles bewerkstelligt hat - und, zudem/ oben drin der - bei weitem - aller besten "Bircher Müsli" selbst und frisch hergestellt hat, die ich je geniessen dürfte. Einfach - "Outstanding"! No Doubt!

Pros:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht besonders. Die Matratze lahmen die Federn durch. Das Kopfkissen war wie ein Lappen. In den Bettlagen waren nur Decken
Das Frühstück war den Oreis angemessen. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Für ein 3 Sternehotel erwarte ich Mehr.
