Pros:

Habitación moderna y amplia, desayuno completo y muy rico, y personal amable, muy servicial.

Cons:

Almohadas demasiado bajas para nuestro gusto, y la zona donde se encuentra el hotel no es para nada atractiva, ya que por la noche se escucha ruido al tener cerca varias discotecas... Y hay qué tener en cuenta que el centro se encuentra a unos 30-35 minutos andando.

Great place. We would definitely go back. The staff were outstanding!
Pros:

Joanna was amazing and couldn't do enough to help, really going over and above. The cleanliness and decor in the room were excellent. The location was extremely convenient for us, near to the marina, as well.

Cons:

I thought there may be more amenities in the hotel, like a bar or seating area. There was a lovely coffee shop attached but it closed early evening.

Pokoj byl cisty a vonavy, pohodlna postel, velmi dobra snidane. Personal mily a ochotny pri jakekoliv otazce.

Z ulice byl ponekud vetsi hluk v pracovni dny, vikend byl ok 👍

Definitely Recommend!
Pros:

Staff are so accommodating and have great attitude, felt really welcomed. Interior of rooms just like in pictures. Good location, bus stop very close and only 2 euro to the centre of Palma.
I saw many reviews before arriving complaining about construction sounds but didn't find it an issue at all, there was still construction around but no sound at night, very peaceful.
