We had a very enjoyable stay here. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool and comfortable.
Pros:

The air conditioning works great, and the location is excellent.

Cons:

If you're staying on an upper floor, you might have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself, but luckily, a staff member helped us with ours. We were very grateful. When we first entered the room, it felt like no one had stayed there for a while, and there was some dust. However, after the staff cleaned it the next day, it improved noticeably.

Nie wieder ein Hotel, in dem nachts kein Personal auf die Einhaltung von Höflichkeitsregeln schaut.
Pros:

Eigentlich tolle Lage aber nicht geeignet für Hotelbetrieb umgebaut.

Cons:

Extrem hellhörig, seltsames Gebahren der anderen Gäste.

Pros:

Очень тихий район. Чистая комната. Все минимально и сдержано. Для коротко прибывания. Мне понравилась мягкая удобная кровать. Кондиционер работал и ночью все выспались. Утром можно было выпить в номере.есть кофемашина и хороший капсульный кофе.

Cons:

Минусов нет.

Lovely location, great value
Pros:

Beside the Heemraadssingel canal, which was lovely; view from bedroom over canal was nice, location was also convenient to public transport and major sights; we gad an issue with the shower, we notified the owner and it was rectified inside 15 minutes

Cons:

Staircase was steep, but it is an old building; the bed had a topper which slipped a few inches every night; some extra storage on shelves would have been good

Pros:

The room was clean and was in a good location in front of a park. Accessible with tram. Fast check in.

Cons:

Expensive for what it offered. 100 euros for a tiny room is a lot. Some parts of the walls were destroyed. There was no reception. When i opened the air condition it started leaking water. The shower was next to the bed and had a sign to turn the light and ventilator on in the shower so that the fire alarm doesnt go on which i found stressfull.
