The staff was good and helpful

Cons:

The location was really a setback and didn't expect it to be this far from the center. And on top of that there was no road at all to reach the hotel. It was just some muddy path

Good comfortable stay
Pros:

Good hotel close to places of interest in Sarnath. 10 km away from main attractions of Varanasi. Helpful staff who make you feel comfortable and homely.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be better. Needs to be more professionally managed. Eg. Hot water was not available and staff were running here and there to sort out.

Rooms were decent, but restaurant experience for 2 days breakfast and dinner was horrible.
Cons:

Food was not good, felt like they were using old batters for idli and dosa and serving left over food. Quality of food during complimetary breakfast was not good. also toaster was not working properly. Restaurant chairs and tables were not comfortable for sitting.

Je betaald veel te veel voor wat je krijgt
Pros:

Lekker bed.

Cons:

1. Wifi werkte niet op de kamer.
2. Veel stof op de kussens.
3. Ontbijt was geen ontbijt te noemen. Heel weinig keuze en allemaal niet lekker.
4. Personeel was de hele tijd gespannen. Van het begin tot het einde.
5. Locatie was heel ver weg van het centrum.
