Excelente estadía a pasos de la milla real
Pros:

El apartamento es hermoso, decorado como muy buen gusto y súper funcional! Tiene todo lo necesario y más para un reparador descanso luego de un agotador día de recorrido por la hermosa Edimburgo y el duro invierno escocés.

Cons:

Tener que irnos!
Si me parece importante recordar, porque no recuerdo haberlo leído en la publicación que el edificio no cuenta con ascensor, que si bien para nosotros no fue un problema, es un punto a tener en cuenta. Pero hay apartamentos en la planta baja, es solo cuestión de solicitarlo en la reserva.

Buen lugar para alojarse en Edimburgo.
Pros:

Apartamento bastante amplio y tranquilo. Habitaciones espaciosas. Un lujo tener dos baños completos en el mismo apartamento. Muy céntrico.

Cons:

La luz de la entrada es con sensor y no hay manera de apagarla.

Ideale locatie en zeer mooi, ruim appartement
Pros:

Perfecte locatie. Ruim appartement. Ruime woonkamer, ruime slaapkamers en goede badkamers. Zeer stil.
Leuke lokale pub aan de overkant van de straat met goed eten en drinken.

Een prettige ervaring!
Pros:

De locatie was prima. Op loopafstand van de Royal Mile.

Het contact, via de app, met de verhuurder verliep soepel en vlot.
Wat we nodig hadden werd gebracht en er werd meteen op ons verzoek gereageerd. Ontzettend fijn.
Bedden waren comfortabel.
Appartement is groot genoeg voor 4.
Toegang met code zowel boven als beneden verliep prima en vlot. Geen gedoe met sleutel of keycard.
Voorzien van keuken in een kast met alles wat nodig is.
Combimagnetron kookstel vaatwasmachine en koelkast.
Toaster fluitketel en allerlei keukengerei.
Handdoeken
We waren tevreden!

Cons:

Onder de bedden was niet goed schoongemaakt.
En de ramen konden niet goed open. Oude houten kozijnen. Appartement was ontzettend warm maar we hebben de thermostaat moeten resetten.
Appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping. Dat is voor mensen met een beperking niet fijn..

Βρώμικα πιάτα, ζητάνε από τους πελάτες να τα πλένουν, εμείς τα βρήκαμε βρώμικα.
Σε βάζουν να μπεις σε ένα δικό τους σάιτ για να σου δώσουν τον κωδικό. Στο σαητ πρέπει να κάνεις συνέχεια σκιπ υπηρεσίες που θελουν να σου πουλήσουν. Ήμουν έξω από το δωμάτιο, τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και δε μου έδιναν τον κωδικό, ενώ είχα πληρώσει, αν δεν έμπαινα στο σαητ τους που πουλάνε έξτρα υπηρεσίες.

No one expects 30 degrees thermostat settings!

Apartment was contemporary and well appointed rooms were spacious

Cons:

The heating was set to 30 degrees, which seemed excessive. There was no info on how to use any appliances, so it was a bit hit and miss,dishwasher, and heating, especially. Maybe having systems set to 30 degrees needs addressing as the whole apartment was unbearably hot for the entire stay and no one in our party slept either night due to it, making what should have been a nice relaxing theatre trip unduly tiring and not enjoyable and ruining our whole trip unfortunately i wouldnt stay again

Very comfortable suite for 4 adults to share and Joivy staff were great at problem solving!
Pros:

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to Waverly Station and to many of the popular sights of Edinburgh including the Castle. Also has a city bus stop right out front. Great access to groceries and restaurants nearby. The apartment had very comfortable beds and a nice living room/kitchen area for us to use.

Cons:

Access to laundry facilities onsite would have been appreciated. The suite was not cleaned and ready for our arrival due to a mistake made by Joivy. They were immediately responsive to our call and quickly arranged transport for us to a nearby hotel for the night which included free food/breakfast. Our booked property was cleaned the next day and Joivy moved our luggage over for us so we didn't have to pause any of our site seeing. Excellent service!

Очень удобные и хорошо расположенные апартаменты
Pros:

Для Англии номер чрезвычайно просторный. Большая ванная комната, даже прихожая по размеру - как половина стандартного английского номера.
Апартаменты продуманы, есть посуда, микроволновка, чай и кофе, даже посудомойка.
Расположение в нижней части Роял Майл довольно удобное, до дворца минут 5 ходьбы, до крепости - 20 минут.
За соседней дверью очень хорошее кафе.
Кровать большая и удобная, в номерах тихо.

Cons:

В целом, ничего существенного, но пару вещей напишу:
- окна со щелями, дует довольно сильно. В комнате при этом относительно тепло, так что это скорее вопрос собственника, переплачивающего за отопление.
- безключевой доступ через браузер весьма заморочливый. Даже после установки нужного приложения на айфон, оно не сразу нормально заработало. Но с приложением стало гораздо лучше.

A estadia foi simplesmente perfeita, destacando-se pelo conforto e pela atenção aos detalhes.
Pros:

Além das execelentes comodidades (Quartos grande e camas também; WC impecáveis; Sala de estar e refeições acolhedora), limpeza e localização, nada faltou. Tv com Netflix foi óptimo para os finais de tarde. Adorámos a cozinha que se escondia num armário. Supermercado a 2 minutos. O aqueciemnto central foi óptimo. Foi tudo *****
