Un lugar perfecto para dormir !!!

Lo más que me gustó es lo limpio que estaba, luego la ubicación, tan céntrico y cerca de todo y finalmente la comunicación , siempre me respondieron cuando escribía!!! Gracias sin duda repetiría esta estadía. 10/10

Super ! Parfait pour visiter la ville !
Pros:

Appartement propre, confortable, très bien situé.

Cons:

Les chambres donnent sur une rue assez passante, mais des bouchons d’oreille sont mis à disposition. Prévoir également des masques pour les yeux car juste des stores qui n’occultent pas complètement.

Great location. Not the best for young families. No lifts. AC don’t work
Pros:

Great location and features to the apartment.

Cons:

The AC did not work. There are no lifts so luggage and pushchairs have to be carried up. In my case 6 flights of stairs. Windows also don’t open and are badly damaged

Pros:

We chose this for its excellent location, reasonably close to the railway station in the old town and within walking distance of all the sights. The rooms were a generous size, lots of space to spread out. Apartment was clean, very comfy bed and hotel quality towels. The kitchenette had the basics we needed with induction hob, toaster, microwave oven , fridge, ironing board, hair dryer and TV. The bathroom was good with a shower gel etc provided by the hosts.

Cons:

Beware of a sensitive smoke alarm while cooking. The dishwasher emitted a low frequency beeping sound every few minutes with no instructions on how to turn this off or to disconnect the machine from the electric supply. For the price, a decent Nespresso coffee machine would have been welcome, as well as a washing machine. We visited during some cold temperatures, and the room struggled to exceed 21 degs and felt cool at times. The thermostat only seemed to control the bathroom underfloor heating. Also the Brewers Room is on the third floor and there is no lift, so a bit of a struggle if you have lots of big or heavy bags. But despite this, it is still one of the better places we have stayed in Edinburgh.

Pros:

Perfect location, very comfortable apartment, quiet and safe street. Staff are very nice. Lovely stay.

Cons:

Can't mention anything here. Everything was perfect. Couldn't think of a better place for my stay in Edinburgh.

El apartamento en si, que hay baño en cada habitacion. La ubicacion es excelente.

Imposible contactar con ellos en español. Por más que le decía que no entendía inglés… no hicieron por entenderme. Tuvimos que recurrir a una guía española que hablaba inglés, para poder hablar con ellos
Cuando llegamos estaba diluviando. La entrada era a las 4, llegando nosotros a las 3,30 y no nos dejaron entrar, aún no estaba listo….. siendo la salida a las 11, a la 3,30 aún no estaba listo???….

Lovely spacious and very well located place with great customer service
Pros:

Lovely apartment with everything you need, it was very spacious, modern and central.
The staff was excellent at reverting back on messages immediately and very lovely, they made sure everything required was addressed fast and efficiently

Cons:

While the apartment was clean, it wasn’t spotless. The day to day cleaning is clearly done well some other area were not as spotless( spillage marks on doors, some small stains here are there ..) nothing major though
