Habitaciones amplias , 2 baños y salón para poder realizar alguna comida

Cons:

En un baño el lavabo era minúsculo y se saltaba el agua al lavarte la cara . Y la calefacción no se podía regular desde la habitación . El primer día teníamos frío y no nos arreglaron el problema . Al día siguiente se disculparon y subieron de manera remota la calefacción y hacía demasiado calor pero no podíamos regularlo desde la casa

Lovely and comfortable apartment in a really convenient location!
Pros:

The location was great - it is down the hill on Royal Mile, very close to the palace. Really convenient location for everything. The bathroom was amazing and had a really good shower. There was a lovely little kitchenette in the room, with everything in there that could be needed. There were extra blankets, which are always appreciated!
The apartment was a brilliant size, and this made it a reallty comfortable stay. The TV was a great size, and the couches were really comfy.

Cons:

I'm being really picky here as it was a lovely stay, but there were 2 things that could have made it better:
1. use a light switch for the hallway instead of motion-sensing lights - at night the door was shut to the main living area to save being woken up by the light, but this meant the main living area and bedroom could get a little colder because the room temperature thermostat was also in the hallway.
2. a bigger bed would've been lovely (we're spoilt at home with a super-king, so a king sized took a bit of getting used to) - I said I was being very picky!

great location, terrible customer services.
Pros:

Location. is quite perfect.. but you trade off with other things

Cons:

Tired property, broken glasses, sink didn't empty properly, broken shower gel holder which hadn't been cleaned either. Also building next door is having a major renovation which they failed to warn us and the works started at 7.05 am on a Saturday morning :(. complained, autobot responses, no real resolution. You need to warn people there are building works near by.

Pros:

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación. La casa también estaba bien dotada apesar de ser una cocina adaptada en el salón, me pareció que tenía todo lo necesario. Repetiría.

Pros:

Everything about it was fantastic! Modern decor throughout.
Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and the kitchenette was idea for what we needed.

Cons:

The only problem we had was the en suite shower was blocked so caused a wee flood. It was soon resolved.
