Great location, mini apartment style
Pros:

Perfect location, on the pedestrian street, very close to the beach. Thoughtfully equipped rooms, mini-apartment style with kitchen with everything needed, dishwasher, eating area, sofa, TV, wardrobe, parking, air conditioning.

Cons:

Pricy side, plus additional deposit (200€), plus additional charge 20€/night for a child, who slept with us anyways in the same bed, and didn’t get an additional towel either.

The location and proximity to the beach is exceptionnal and the vibe and architecture of the hotel is very nice

Cons:

The rooms were not clean, the sink from the shower smelled really bad, the furniture was in a very bad and used shape and moving around inside the building with a trolly was way too hard. It barely fitted in the elevator. Sound insulation and slamming doors until 1AM was bad too. We could not use the safe since it was blocked in the closed position with the door open.

Sehr gute Lage für Strandurlauber, aber Preis-Leistung bietet noch Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. 250 Meter bis zur Strandpromenade. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Ausstattung war gepflegt. Hunde sind im Hotel erlaubt (kosten extra). Der Haupteingang des Hotels ist in der Fußgängerzone und ein Albert Heijn ist 250 Meter die Fußgängerzone runter.
Die Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen im Sommer. Es gibt eine vollwertige Küchenzeile, sogar mit Spülmaschine. Der Kühlschrank ist ausreichend groß für zwei Personen und hat ein Eisfach.
Zugang zu Hotel und Zimmer ist neben der Karte auch mit dem Smartphone über den Browser möglich.
Der Hoteleigene Parkplatz liegt etwas 20 Meter die Straße runter vom Hintereingang.
Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer im wesentlichen auch.

Cons:

Bei der Anreise gibt es leider keine garantierte Haltemöglichkeit zum Entladen auf der Rückseite des Hotels. Die Schalldämpfung der Zimmerdecke war miserabel. Es fühlte sich an, als wäre es nur eine dünne Holzplatte, und es klang, als würde oben eine Rugbymannschaft Stepptanz üben, und das um 23:30 Uhr. Wirklich bizarr. Ich habe das Problem bei der Abreise an der Rezeption angesprochen, aber man ist nicht wirklich darauf eingegangen.
Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze sind sehr teuer, aber der Preis scheint marktüblich zu sein. Der Aufpreis von 25 € pro Nacht für den Hund ist auch recht hoch. Das Housekeeping reinigt das Zimmer nur alle drei Tage. In der Dusche waren in den Ecken Schimmel und es roch leicht muffig.
Das Treppenhaus und der Aufzug sind sehr eng. Das Doppelbett hatte eine Matratzenauflage, die ständig verrutschte. Generell hätte die Möblierung für den Preis etwas hochwertiger sein können.

Pros:

Very clean, beautiful room, perfectly located. It was in a quiet side street but after a 5 minutes walk you were at the beach. The staff was really friendly and sympathetic. Hotel made an overall really neat and modern and cozy impression. Would choose this hotel anytime again!❤️

Lage in Stadtmitte und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand.

Cons:

Achtung!!! Versteckte Kosten für Parken (zus. 28,- € / Tag) sowie Kurtaxe (6,- €/Erwachsene Person) welche nicht ersichtlich sind. Wenn man diese Kosten mit der Übernachtung addiert dann wären andere Unterkünfte sicher besser...

Perfekt , wenn man direkt fussläufig zum Strand wohnen möchte .
Pros:

Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort, ich hatte ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer im 3 Stock . Tolle Fensterfront. Zu empfehlen . Alles sehr sauber und modern. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Cafés und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Reinigung des Zimmers erst nach 3 Tagen. Möglichkeit wäre schön wenn eher, da wir in Familie mit Baby angereist waren in einem weiteren gemieteten Zimmer. Das gilt aber nur für diesen besonderen Fall.
