La posizione, la struttura nello stile, lo staff eccellente
Una spa sarebbe stata adeguata al livello dei servizi erogati. Avrei voluto la tv in camera da letto (era in soggiorno) la colazione era scarsa per il livello degli altri servizi e la cena (eccellente) sarebbe perfetta se integrata di piatti che diano la possibilità, a chi vuole mangiare leggero o cose semplici, di essere soddisfatto.Ho trovato capelli tra lelenzuola e sotto il cuscino.
The property was beautiful
The staff were absolutely wonderful and made the stay truly special. The property is beautiful, the rooms large, and the food excellent.
The bathroom didn’t have any hooks or shelf space. The tv didn’t offer Bluetooth or casting capability to play music. It would be great if there was a Bluetooth speaker in the room.
BSB is one of the best places we have stayed in .
It’s quite luxury , the resort is not too big nor too small . I love the merging of old buildings & modern interiors . The pool is substantial & peaceful with olive trees bordering it . The restaurant is superb with upscale menu , my favorite is the beef cheeks so decadent . The daily breakfast is fresh every day . The staff are the best , friendly & very helpful .
We met Scott , the owner who is very gracious .
The communal barbecue that he invited us with other guests was unforgettable.

I found the dining room chairs a wee bit uncomfortable.
Borgo San Vincenzo is the best small hotel we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. It is a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting -- quiet, with pretty views, and convenient to Montepulciano. Our room was modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. The staff were excellent -- among the best we've ever encountered in our travels. The hotel restaurant was also outstanding -- beautifully designed and expertly staffed with delicious food.
Had a few special enquiries, my guest had birthdays everything was very well accommodated.
Borgo San Vincenzo far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The setting, accommodation, restaurant and bar, pool area, and most of the staff were all exceptional. It was also a pleasure to meet the owners, Scott and Shannon, who were often on-site and showed a genuine interest in their guests.
We stayed as a family of four with two young children (ages 6 and 8) and absolutely loved our time there. The hotel is beautifully furnished throughout and set in a stunning, peaceful location. The pool area, in particular, was a highlight for all of us.
We dined at the on-site restaurant every evening, and the food was consistently excellent. Our youngest son has a peanut allergy, and the care the team took was truly outstanding. Every staff member was well-informed, and they went above and beyond—providing him with special bread and cakes, and offering clear, thoughtful guidance on what he could safely enjoy. Of all the hotels and restaurants we’ve visited, the team at Borgo stands out as the very best. A special thank you to Fabio and Silvia, who were especially brilliant!
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Borgo San Vincenzo and sincerely hope to return one day.
