Would stay here again
Pros:

Hotel was very nice. The room was also very big and nicely decorated.

Cons:

I used the hotel soap/lotion and it had a very strong smell that lingered forever.

It was an okay stay , I have stayed at better hotels for the price .
Pros:

The convenience of it being near the train station , union market , stores , and food places

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel , the carpet was stained and dirty. Our tv didn’t work and we had to ask for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very professional. After speaking with someone over the phone she basically hung up in my face after the call without saying bye

Cons:

There was a persistent foul odour in the reception area throughout our entire four-day stay. The carpet in our room was heavily stained and appeared unclean. We were required to change rooms because the original room had visible stains on the wall that looked like dried coffee splatter. We went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner and found it underwhelming. Service was slow, the food was so oversalted that it was inedible, and we were served something different from what was listed on the menu because they could not be bothered to make it properly. Overall a disappointing experience.

Nice hotel, average restaurant, great staff
Pros:

The hotel had some issue due to an upgrade to the room locks, resulting in us being locked out several times. The rooms were alright. The restaurant food was solid, but the staff left something to be desired. However, the hotel staff was amazing. They helped fix our room issues and were the redeeming quality of the stay. Special shout out to Kassim, Haneef, Betty, and Neicy. I would stay at this hotel again specifically because of them.

Besides the train station and not having a mini bar, the hotel itself was great for aesthetic vibes.

I like the ambience and aesthetics of the property.

Cons:

I did like that our room was by the train station and we would constantly keep waking up everytime the train passed by. I also was surprised that it wasn’t a mini bar in the room and we had to call room service to get beverages.

Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

bathroom floor dirty and sticky, room rug looks so many stains. No alcohol in the draws as seen in many videos. Key card wouldn’t work had to get someone to come fix it twice.
