Pros:

The property is nice. I like the roof top bar and breakfast. It’s close to my daughters apartment so it’s very convenient

Cons:

I have stayed at the Morrow many times and every time I come and stay there are things that don’t work or are broken. The coffee machine did not work and the little frig in my room did not work this time. Also the espresso machine did not work up in the roof top for breakfast. That is a management issue. But when I did tell the staff at the front desk they are very kind and replaced both items in my room promptly. That was nice. Also the gym was very nice but also they ran out of towels and cleaning wipes and it was 8:00 am when I was there.

Cons:

Mela jsem zaplacenou snídaní v ceně, skutečnost byla jiná. Žádná snídaně v ceně nebyla a se synem vůbec nepočítali. Snídaně jsme si museli platit v odlehle kavárně. Manažer hotelu to ani řešit nechtěl, at si vyresime pres Booking.

All in all I really like the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I will be back and will stay there again.
Pros:

Location. It has a very nice roof top bar. The blue corn bread was amazing for breakfast. The gym is really nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

When I went for breakfast the whole weekend the first espresso machine was broken so I could not get a proper cup of coffee. Which at 7:00 am is critical. Also the service up at the rooftop bar was very slow and the bar tender did not know how to make the drink we ordered.

A nice/ comfortable stay that met most needs but could use some improvements to attention detail.
Pros:

It was very beautiful and centrally located to all the things I wanted to do. I loved the le labo products in the room. And the rooftop bar/ restaurant was very nice. Safe with keycard access for the elevators to the room.

Cons:

It was hard to coordinate with housekeepers and front desk. A lot of miscommunication. We slept in late (leaving between 12-1pm) but still wanted our rooms serviced and even though we requested and confirmed it would be done, two of the days they did not. Train across from our room was a bit loud at times when trying to sleep/relax. Front desk staff were nice but could be a little more warm/welcoming.

Pros:

Hotel was very nice. The room was also very big and nicely decorated.

Cons:

I used the hotel soap/lotion and it had a very strong smell that lingered forever.

It was an okay stay , I have stayed at better hotels for the price .

The convenience of it being near the train station , union market , stores , and food places

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel , the carpet was stained and dirty. Our tv didn’t work and we had to ask for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very professional. After speaking with someone over the phone she basically hung up in my face after the call without saying bye
