Great Hotel, excellent customer service
Pros:

Junior at the front desk provided above and beyond service for us when we checked in. He cleared up a problem with my reservation (my problem....) and then provided us with utensils so we could use the microwave for dinner and breakfast.

He was friendly, professional and exceeded our expectations. We will be back and start looking for Fairfelds when we travel

We had a very good stay and would gladly stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the pool, which was in great condition.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. Even by typical American standards, we felt it could offer more variety and be of better quality.
