Diciamo che per essere un 4 stelle è molto limitato.

Il pavimento non solo non è mai stato lavato nei 3 giorni del mio soggiorno, ma probabilmente nemmeno prima di me. Camminando a piedi scalzi più volte mi sono trovata a calpestare briciole di pane (che io non ho mai portato in camera).
Frigobar inesistente (il frigo c'era, ma vuoto)
Finito lo zucchero il primo giorno, ho dovuto andarlo a prendere al bar perché non è stato rimesso. E comunque mancavano i cucchiaini/palette di plastica per mescolare il caffè.
Disponibile solo un triste english tea, no camomilla o altro.

moet er een medewerker mee om de lift te bedienen maar we moesten lang wachten vandaar dar we voorrzichtig via de trap gingen
Central location in Rotterdam, easy to walk around the city, the hotel room was very clean.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec des choix de qualité et il y en a pour tous les goûts (salé, sucré, healthy,...). La literie parfaite.

The location was just perfect. 7 minute walk from the Blaak station and the same distance to the Markthal and Cube Houses. Convenient location for walking around and finding cool places to eat or drink. Hotel was just one stop from Rotterdam Centraal station where we got off from the Eurostar so it was just a few minutes train ride.
Hotel was well equipped, staff were very helpful and friendly and gave good advice. Rooms were perfect size for what you need from a hotel room, nice separate toilet and shower.
TV was massive for the room but that's not a complaint. The bed was very comfortable with plugs in the right places to charge devices.

La ragazza alla reception parlava italiano, sul suo sistema non risultava la colazione, ma facendole vedere la prenotazione booking, ha sistemato il tutto.
Forse nelle camere ci sarebbe da migliorare qualcosa. Avevamo una camera grande, dove sicuramente il bagno diviso servizi Igienici / doccia con due porte in vetro non sono il massimo a livello di confort....

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό τόσο στην υποδοχή όσο και στην προετοιμασία του πρωινού. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά την Βικτόρια που φρόντισε για την εμπειρία του πρωινού. Τα προϊόντα ήταν ποιοτικά και υπήρχε μεγάλη ποικιλία . Ο καφές καταπληκτικός . Τα στρώματα άνετα και ο κλιματισμός ιδανικός για τους 35 βαθμούς που είχε έξω .
Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και το μεγαλύτερο μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι το μπάνιο και η τουαλέτα είχαν γυάλινη πόρτα .
