The welcome and the suite.
The breakfast area is too small and easily crowded. The food served needs to be improved, menu and quality. Not enough personnel in that area.

The room was beautiful & clean. They gave me some welcome snacks and drinks just after I arrived. The security is excellent--even in the undergeound parking lot. I felt that my car was safe. The bed was comfirtable. The TV had lots of channels to view.
You can hear all of the doors closing in the hallway. It was pretty loud all day long. I could also hear the people on either side of my room doing things and I could sometimes feel the walls shake a bit as I sat in my bed. I wish the walls were more soundproof. There should also be a Do Not Disturb sign to hang outside your door if you don't need your room cleaned. I had the staff knocking on my door at 8:15 am to clean it. With that said, I still enjoyed my stay.
Unfortunately, I didn't see the appropriate level of cleaning I expected from Hiton; the pillows smelled of sweat.

I wish to give you some feedback on your hotel and specifically the recommendation for Mr. Taha for tours of GolbekeTepe.
This man is a scam artist. Meaning, a thief. Unfortunately, Turkey has many of them. You should be more careful before you start recommending these types of people to unsuspecting foreigners. It calls into question the management of your hotel and the brand of Marriott.
Mr. Taha and I agreed on a price of $250 for Golbeke Tepe and Karahan Tepe, with no guide, just a driver only. On the day of the tour, Mr, Taha arrived with a car AND guide, expecting me to pay another $250 AND he further told us that there would be no trip to Karahan Tepe. Instead, we got a taxi and paid less than $100 to go to Golbeke Tepe and return.
I understand that ;ife in Turkiye is getting more and more difficult. These scams are getting more and more common. Although we love visiting Turkiye, and the last majority of people are honest and truthful, we have been scammed too many times and I doubt we will return to Turkiye.
I know of other tourists that say the same thing.
I hope you will take the feedback in the spirit in which it is intended. I am not going to enter into a debate with Mr. Taha or anyone else about the situation.
You should simply stop recommending him. FULL STOP.

Der Empfang ging sehr schnell, als Begrüßung haben wir warme Cookies bekommen die Lecker waren.
Im Zimmer war reichlich Wasser kostenlos zu Verfügung gestellt.
Und ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade war super, hatten eine Zimmer mit Couch und Sitzecke.

clearly told the staff three times not to freeze my Mounjaro medication, yet it was frozen and became unusable. Despite reporting the issue and requesting compensation, no refund or resolution was provided. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
