Wunderbar
Pros:

Der Empfang ging sehr schnell, als Begrüßung haben wir warme Cookies bekommen die Lecker waren.
Im Zimmer war reichlich Wasser kostenlos zu Verfügung gestellt.
Und ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade war super, hatten eine Zimmer mit Couch und Sitzecke.

Отличный номер, чисто, просторно, удобная кровать, в отеле есть Старбакс. Бесплатная подземная парковка. Отличный завтрак.

ansprechendes Hotel jedoch für internationale Gäste nicht geeignet
Pros:

Aussergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die Geräusche-Isolation ist schlecht und Türen die im Gang von anderen Hotelgästen geschlossen werden machen enormen Krach wodurch man wach wird. Das Personal kann kaum bis gar kein englisch und die Verständigung für internationale Gäste ist für diese Hotelkategorie absolut unzureichend. Bestellung im Restaurant auf englisch war nicht möglich, konnte nur durch einen Übersetzer gelöst werden. Zimmerservice / Reinigung (neue Handtücher etc.) wurde trotz zweimaligem Anfragen erst um 19 Uhr abends dann endlich doch noch durchgeführt. Leider sind dies wichtige Dinge die den Aufenthalt enorm stören.

This large modern hotel is located on the outskirts of town. The staff were friendly and helpful but most did not speak English. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lavish with a great selection of Turkish and western dishes

Cons:

We did not consider this room good value for money. We have stayed in similar quality hotels here in Turkey (including ones in the Hilton chain) for much less. This was a deluxe room but was the size of a standard room in other hotels

This hotel is not up to any standard close to their price level or even to their excellent property.
Pros:

The beds were excellent and the facility was great but for one serious flaw and a couple smaller problems. The bathroom was excellent. It should have been a great place to stay.

Cons:

When we arrived the room temperature given on the thermostat was 30 degrees C., 86 degrees F. We attempted to turn on the AC but it always reverted to the heat setting. We called the front desk to get assistance. The front desk personnel did not have adequate English to deal with the issue. I switched to Turkish and was told someone from maintenance would come within five minutes to help. No one showed up for an hour so we called again, by now long perspiring. I was told that maintenance had taken care of it from a central location. We asked that someone come and they finally did. They said the AC had been turned off for the season since it was now autumn (it had been only 85 F outside that day). So when I turned the thermostat to cool earlier they remotely turned it off again. They said they had now enabled AC for our room and that it would be cool within 30 minutes. The next morning the AC was still running and had not reached 73 F.

There was a minibar in the room with no information about it nor a price list. When we asked for a price list we were told that there was one in the room. There was not.

In this supposedly international class hotel the staff could not speak a complete English sentence.

Tertemiz son derece lüks bir otel.Çok sessiz. En ufak bir gurultu yok son derece rahat uyudum. Yatak takimlari yastiklar mobilyalar son derece konforlu ve temiz. Urfa da boyle bir otel bulabilecegimi hic dusunmemistim. Tek eksikligi kaldigim odanin ufak olmasiydi. Kontrol etmwdim ama buyuk oda tipleri de vardir mutlaka. Ben tek kisi kaldigim icin yeterliydi. Otel icinde starbucks ve big chefs olmasi da buyuk bir şans. Kalhvalti cok cesitli ve lezzetliydi. Personel son derece nazik ve yardimsever.
