Exeptional staff, despite the language barrier
Pros:

A very nice hotel, super clean, economical, and with extremely kind staff. Nobody speaks English, except for one single employee, who is stretched thin between this hotel and the adjacent Crown Plaza, so be patient if you need something, because they will need to fetch her to help.
We loved the crispy bed linen, so cool and comfortable to sleep!
Breakfast had many options, and was very satisfying.
Finally, they personally drove us to the airport, which was extremely kind.
Totally recommended

Cons:

The only annoyance is that the laundry room washing machine can only be activated via We Chat. However much people claim that foreigners can use the app, it is absolutely not so easy to find someone to "guarantee" your registration when you are just a tourist, so no, foreign tourists cannot really use WeChat or any other Chinese apps, and we faced similar little obstructions on a daily level. This laundry service was just one of them.

-clean nice smelling room and bathroom. Spacious
-water pressure is strong and hot
-pleasant and cheerful staffs from housekeeping and buffet breakfast
-special mention miss Anna from reception, who went extra mile when I needed help with
-also special mention to customer service agent Mr Xiju from booking.com China branch, who replied promptly, professionally and help to my queries
-nice buffet spread which includes beef noodles cooked on the spot
-nothing to pick negatively about this hotel
-how can I not choose to come back if I have the chance again?

Pros:

I felt like the hotel was nice and a good value, but the air conditioner didn't work as well as I would have liked. The shower was amazing and the bed pretty good for China. Be aware the airport shuttle doesn't start running until 8:30 in the morning!! We didn't try the breakfast buffet but they did send a packed breakfast with us for our early flight.
