Die Dame an der Rezeption war bemüht, mein Problem zu lösen!

Cons:

Diese Unterkunft ist alt, das Zimmer war schmutzig. Dusche verschimmelt, und das Wasser lief nicht ab. sehr hellhörig. Der gebuchte Parkplatz nicht vorhanden, weil viel zu viele Autos. Frühstück verbesserungswürdig.

Eine echt miese Erfahrung und eine Lehre für mich.
Pros:

Eigentlich nichts, ich habe direkt bei meiner Ankuft die Buchung bereut und dies wurde unmittelbar an der Reception bestätigt. Ich musste selbst telefonisch mein Checkin klären der zuvor bestätigt vorlag. Das Personal vorort hat ausser ich kann nichts tun, nichts unternommen. Sowas habe ich nich nie erlebt.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat mit nichts gefallen.
Am Schluss sollte ich 2mal das Frühstück zahlen weil ich aufgestanden bin und nochmal platz genommen habe. Sowas habe ich nich nie irgendwo erfahren.

Die Lage, sehr nah am Zentrum.
Zimmer groß und sauber.
Speisesaal sauber, gross, morbider Charm.
Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, sichtbare Bauschäden, ungepflegte Aussenanlagen, kein AC, Flure riechen muffig.
Schade um das schöne alte Gebäude.

Cons:

Bedompte lucht. Onvoldoende verlichting op gangen. Bed kraakte.
Geen personeel bij ontvangst. Matig ontbijt. Wel vriendelijk personeel bij ontbijt. Directe omgeving onverzorgd, evenals de parkeerplaats en gebouw.

Groot gebouw, rustige ligging, met grote kamers op loopafstand van het prachtige centrum.
Pros:

We kregen een prachtige kamer met balkon en mega mooi uitzicht. De dame aan de receptie was erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. Een heerlijk ontvangst na een lange dag fietsen. We hebben heerlijk gegeten bij St. Marco.

Leider hat uns gar nichts gefallen, wobei wir sagen müssen, dass wir das Hotel nur von außen gesehen haben. Es war deutlich herunter gekommen, die Beete am Haupteingang waren komplett von Unkraut und Dieseln überwuchert.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel lief nur über eine angegebene Telefonnummer. Dort wurde aber nur ab und an das Gespräch entgegen genommen. Es wurde eine Ankunftszeit zwischen 15 und 16 Uhr angegeben und vom Hotel bestätigt.
Wir waren kurz nach 15 Uhr dort und fanden nur die Telefonnummer, unter der nach mehreren Versuchen endlich jemand erklärte, es sei jemand unterwegs zu uns. Als wir nach 20 Minuten Warten vor dem Hotel nochmal nachfragten , nochmal die gleiche Antwort: es kommt jemand.
Um kurz vor 16 Uhr haben wir einen Antrag auf kostenfreie Stornierung gestellt, welche abgelehnt wurde.
Um kurz nach 16 Uhr haben wir noch 2 mal versucht, telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen, es wurde nicht mehr abgenommen!
Daraufhin haben wir uns eine andere Unterkunft in Bad Ems gesucht. Um 16.23 Uhr kam dann eine Mail von Hotel, wir könnten jetzt zur Rezeption kommen.....
Noch erwähnen möchten wir, dass in der Wartezeit diverse Gäste des Hotels mit uns gesprochen haben. Ausnahmslos alle beklagten sich über defekte Einrichtung, nicht funktionierenden Fernseher, faulende Türzagen in den Toilettenbereichen und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter.
Das wir nicht mehr kostenfrei zurücktreten konnten, war uns ein kostspieliges Lehrgeld!
