Alles. Erster Anblick katastrophal. Überall Unkraut. Vor der Eingangstor ein verdreckter Teich. Ebenso ein Einkaufswagen mit Müll und ehemaligen Essensresten. Rezeption nicht besetzt.
Zimmer und gesamtes Hotel extrem veraltet. Sauberkeit nur im Rahmen der Möglichkeit vorhanden. Im Zimmer lösen sich die Tapeten. Im gesamten Hotel Geruch von mangelnder Lüftung. Frühstück die nächste Katastrophe. Aufbackbrötchen absolut hart, der Rest kläglicher Standard. Mir wurde dann ein Rührei gemacht, dass hat im Öl geschwommen. Dann wurde mir gesagt, dass ich der einzige Gast im Hotel war. Wenn mir da was passiert wäre, hätte es niemand mitbekommen.
Wie passen die Bilder und die Bewertungen zum tatsächlichen Zustand. Einfach eine Schande. Ich werde versuchen, dass Geld zurück zu bekommen.

I really can’t understand the negative reviews at all. Our stay at the Parkhotel Bad Ems was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean and cozy, the staff was very friendly, and the location was wonderfully quiet. Everything went smoothly, and we felt very comfortable. We would come back anytime! A huge plus is definitely the bike garage—secure, practical, and perfect for anyone traveling by bike.

Hotel molto carino in una posizione tranquilla con una splendida vista su Bad Ems. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La nostra camera era pulita, accogliente e ben attrezzata. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo volentieri!

Pros:

L'hôtel a du charme, mais il commence à se faire un peu vieux. On voit bien qu'il aurait besoin d'être rénové, surtout la façade. En revanche, la chambre était propre et bien rangée. Le service est exceptionnel. Le gérant et son équipe y mettent tout leur cœur et toute leur passion.

Schöne Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker, könnte aber besser nachgefüllt werden. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage.

Nice location. Room clean and pleasant bathroom. Picturesque villa von letzte jahrhundert.

Cons:

TV failed to operate first two days. But I could survive without TV. The room and bed was clean only oddly the armchair was old and used and should have been replaced. Most distress was the absence of personnel especially first day check in in email it was said someone was there til afternoon. Thus left a sad impression failing to invite guests. Yet my overall impression was favourable

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück mittelmäßig. Je nach Zimmer hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung.

Cons:

Der Gesamteindruck leider eher lieblos und etwas heruntergekommen. Im Zimmer waren viele Dinge defekt, z.B. Rollos, Duschkopfaufhängung, fehlende Glühbirnen. Gefährlich war ein zersplitterter Lampenschirm mit scharfkantigen Scherben!

Für den Notfall ok aber ohne Frühstück.

Die Dusche war warm.
Das Zimmer war ok auch sauber. Allerdings hätte man die Tapete am der Wand ankleben können

Beim Check in war niemand vor Ort. Gruseliges Ambiente. Ohne meinen Mann wäre ich nicht geblieben. Von außen sieht das Hotel aus wie ein Lost Place in einem Horrorfilm. Wie kann man eine Umgebung von einem Hotel nur so verkommen lassen? Überquellender Aschenbecker im Eingang. 5 gebrauchte Kondome vor der Fahrrad Garage. Ja,: ihr habt richtig gelesen. Um halb 10 war das Frühstück leer. Kalter Kaffee, steinharten Aufbackbrötchen vom Vortag? Keine Milch nix da. Es wurde auch außer Kaffee nichts mehr nachgelegt.
