Incredible property, beautiful rooms & welcoming staff! Joanne was exceptional as well as the lovely lady in the restaurant with the glasses (unfortunately I do not know her name). They really made our stay special.

Our 5-night honeymoon stay in June offered a mix of delight and disappointment. The property excels at "slow living," a perfect antidote to city life. Our pool suite was gorgeous, a true sanctuary with daily housekeeping and replenished amenities. The expansive grounds, animals, and gym were lovely. Breakfast was great, with diverse options including omelettes. Crucially, the staff were consistently friendly.

However, frustrations started pre-arrival when our "pay at property" booking was cancelled due to premature payment attempts, causing undue stress. Secondly, as foodies, our expectations were unmet. The menu was severely limited, with the same lunch/dinner options every day and only ice cream for dessert. While presented beautifully, the food's quality didn't justify the high price vs. local offering. The €80/person fish BBQ was particularly poor: forgotten starters meant a 2-course meal instead of 3, and three of the four fish were overcooked and rubbery.
Most disappointingly for a honeymoon, despite multiple mentions, there was no special acknowledgement. A promised complimentary wine was charged, later rectified but leaving a sour taste. Post-checkout, we were contacted about a forgotten bill item, which was difficult to verify. Only then were the BBQ and honeymoon issues acknowledged, not when raised earlier. Being asked for an international wire transfer after an already unsatisfactory billing experience was frustrating.

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage, schöne Zimmer mit großem Aussenbereich. Ein top Team, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir hatten 5 wundervolle Tage in der Tenuta verbracht. Der Service war hervorragend, alle sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe zubereitet, frischer Orangensaft mit Orangen aus dem Garten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die private Terrasse war perfekt, um morgens Yoga zu machen oder um ganz privat zu entspannen. Der Garten der Tenuta war riesig und man fühlt sich dennoch immer sicher. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und wünschen dem ganzen Team eine entspannte Wintersaison!

Superbe domaine pour se reposer, endroit très convivial. Y dîner, de surcroît seuls, est à recommander pour profiter du lieu. A dix minutes de GALLIPOLI, c’est fort appréciable.

An outstanding boutique Hotel recently opened in Puglia close to Gallipoli. The Team at Negroamaro is fantastic, very professional, beyond helpful and friendly which make your stay even more special. The property has an enormous luxuriant garden, the pool is beautiful and very large, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are gorgeous some with plunge pool , super comfy beds and rain showers including fantastic bath/showers products! One on the very bast Boutique Hotels I ever stayed! Highly recommended! Well done! 👏👏👏

Neu eröffnet an zentraler Lage, sehr gepflegt, alles sehr sauber, super Service und herzliches Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
