El personal 10 puntos, todos muy amables. La ubicación del hotel cerca a todo, las instalaciones limpias y lo mejor el aire acondicionado en el cuarto ya que Santa Cruz es demasiado calor. Totalmente recomendado, regresaría otra vez

¡Muy buena!
Pros:

Su ubicación es muy céntrica y las calles tranquilas. El personal muy servicial. Yo llegaba tarde de mi congreso y me extendían media hora más de la piscina. Fueron muy cordiales, volvería a alojarme ahí.

Cons:

Lo único que no me agradó fue que habían hormigas (en poca cantidad) en el baño, usualmente salían por la noche. Pero de ahí en más, todo perfecto!

Buena opción a buen precio
Pros:

Buen hotel, bien ubicado en un buen sector de Santa Cruz en el barrio de los grandes hoteles. Relación precio calidad muy buena. El desayuno estaba bien. Solo nos alojamos una noche así no puedo dar más referencias.

Okay - could be great.
Pros:

- The room was great - clean, quiet and spacious. Bed was super comfortable and shower was excellent
- located in really nice part of the city. Great restaurants nearby and close to supermarket and mall
- staff were friendly and helpful.
- pool is nice and clean

Cons:

- room needs a kettle and iron.
- breakfast was meagre and we needed to ask for eggs on multiple days as they were empty
- the restaurant / bar was not open and this was not mentioned/explained at any point.
