Locație excelenta, foarte aproape de cetate.
Camere mari, curate

Un bonus il reprezinta stația de încărcare electrica si posibilitatea de a servi masa de prânz si/sau cina la restaurantul

Cons:

Piscina adâncă, nepotrivită persoanelor care nu știu sa înoate. Jacuzzi cu apă murdară.

Clean and good location.
Pros:

Cleanest hotel ive been in a week trip in Transylvania. It is in short walking distance from the old town. Breakfast was tasty

Cons:

I ve found some of the personal unfriendly. As a guest i think it is nice to get welcomed and not stared by two men with crossed hands on their chest.

Perfect location with parking spot, great breakfast
Pros:

Friendly staff with a warm welcome. The location is perfect with car parking. Few steps away from the Citadel. The room decorations look nice. The breakfast is very good, it’s buffet with various options.

Pros:

Totul. Recomand acest hotel.Este a doua oară când venim aici,cazarea a fost peste așteptări, am rezervat o camera twin fara balcon dar ne-au cazat într-o cameră superioara cu balcon.Curetenie prosoapele schimbate zilnic,mic dejun copios, parcare gratuita.

Cons:

Nu ca nu mi-a plăcut, dar o sugestie ar fi pernele sunt prea moi și unii dintre noi avem probleme de sănătate și nu putem dormi pe perne moi.

Cons:

Cand am ajuns sa na cazam in apartament erau 12 grade.
Au omis sa dea drumul la căldură invocand o pana de gaz.
I-am avertizat ca daca nu rezolva problema pana ne întoarcem de la masa facem plangere si au decis sa ne schimbe apartamentul cu unul la fel de rece!
Cand trec camioanele pe strada se zguduie hotelul similar unui cutremur!
Vom reveni la vara însă nu vom alege aceeasi cazare din cauza cutremurului resimtit la fiecare camion ce trece pe strada!

Pros:

Great hotel, everything was on point, from the clean spacious rooms to the delicious breakfast. Friendly staff too. Free parking available. We felt very comfortable and relaxed.

Not a real 4* hotel, it was not worth the price
Pros:

The room was big
We could try their outdoor jacuzzi (no extra charge)
Staff was nice

Cons:

1st night we could not sleep until late because of a party that took place somewhere in the hotel, there is no isolation so we could hear all the noise until late. I would have appreciated being informed about it before so I could have the right to refuse going to the hotel (where is the 4* service?)
Mattress and pillows were horribly uncomfortable
We literally had to ask for shower gel and toilet paper as they forgot to add it.. (again 4* service lacking)
Last negative point - breakfast as the food quality was poor for a 4* hotel
