Eine reine Unverschämtheit.

Saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Zimmer war sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Personal kam um 5 Uhr morgens an meine Zimmertür und meinte als von meinem Mann die 2 Tanten in meinem Zimmer waren, dass dies so nicht geht, kein guten Morgen kein Hallo eine direkte unfreundliche Ansprache. Als um 6 Uhr meine Eltern ins Hotel eintrafen wurden diese ebenfalls angemacht. Als ich dann um 8:30 Uhr im Eingangsbereich war (mit meiner Zimmerkarte) wurde ich zwischenzeitlich vom Hotel ausgecheckt, zudem war es nicht mehr erwünscht, dass wir uns am Eingangsbereich aufhalten. Wir sind ja keine Unmenschen und haben das Zimmer verunstaltet, zudem mag ich es überhaupt nicht mit anderen Menschen über einen Kamm geschert zu werden, nur weil andere Menschen nicht pfleglich mit den Zimmern umgehen heißt es noch lange nicht, dass ich genauso bin! Sehr unprofessionell, nicht nur zu mir sondern auch zu meinen Eltern und meinen Freundinnen.

Als Flughafenhotel gut in der Entfernung

Frühstück gut...leider nur 06.00 bis 08.00 Uhr ...später währe schöner ....sonst alles ok

Pros:

Die Bedienung beim Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Damen waren sehr gut gelaunt und fragten jeden Gast, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob sie ihm etwas Leckeres zubereiten könnten ( Spiegeleier, Omelette ...).

Excellent place to break your journey!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and very easy to park nearby. It was exactly what we needed for our short break during the journey.

Cons:

The breakfast times were earlier than expected, but I guess that was needed due to the profile of the guests who usually stay in the hotel. Although the timing was a bit ealy for us, the food options were excellent and we were pleasantly surprised with an extra packed lunch we recieved for our journey. The staff were very friendly, too!

Nice hotel with good parking place and breakfast
Pros:

While traveling through Germany, this was a perfect stop for the night. The large parking lot offered enough free space, checkin was smooth. The lady in the breakfast room was very welcoming and even prepared me a lunch to take away. Fresh scrambled eggs enriched the breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to be honest.

OK hotel med god morgenmad.
Pros:

God service. Fantastisk morgenmad med madpakkemulighed.

Cons:

Værelset var lidt besværligt for en kørestolsbruger. Møbler stod i vejen.
